I lived there for 25-years, and, while this is certainly a well made video, and while many people do possess that inimitable southern charm, I would never move back. The only reason that I still wander back down there every so often is to visit family and friends.
Seems so nice, whats wrong with Augusta? I am about to put it on the list for relocation as its cheap, calm and slow, and I need to leave the Pacific NW. Gotta go some place else.
@@GuadalupePicasso I dont like the mountains so, that dont matter to me. Judging b some places I been, I dont like mountains and foothills. I dont have to have the beach also.
@@LongLeggedOne I ask in total honesty, but how does one not like the mountains? Preferring the beach, or something similar, I get, though even my beach bum friends like the mountains, despite their being the furthest thing from a “mountain man”.
I went to Augusta Georgia 3 years ago and I fall in love with the place and the people. I have visited Augusta on 2 more occasions oh My Ghost know when I'm leaving you I Cry one day I will make you my hometown God bless Augusta
Who is paying these people to lie... There is literally nothing to do here, wait you can ride on a canal and walk around a river walk.. Wow so much fun
Looks like theres quite a bit if one wants to relax, work a p/t job and have cheap rent. I like bars, clubs, bargain hunting. Looks like this place has all that at least and nice decent people. The NW is out of control with people and crowds.. I want to leave Portland so fucking bad and this place looks like HEAVEN to me.
Nothing says come live here like a walking the same path along a river everyday and a minor league baseball team. Can't forget about the same boat tour every week or visiting the same dead presidents house every week.
