You're not dominating, you are ANNIHILATING! Lol I appreciate you touching on my question from a past video for content at the beginning of the video in regards to your grass types. I've been deep diving into the NTEP data and it's fascinating looking at the results per test site. As a digital marketer, great job listening to your audience, and always, killer video man. I threw down left over Yard Mastery Flagship, Double Dark, and Stress Blend Fert. Mixed them all up. Week later, sprayed down some RGS and Air8 down heavy in the front. Beautiful response and currently dominating. Spraying some Microgreene tonight down heavy to get some sea kelp, some more Humic12, and iron down. Should be DARK next week. Got some Ironite for the backyard ready to go too. I'd agree with more watering. I've had better results watering more frequently instead watering heavy. If you have a lot of KBG. The roots are shallow anyways and requires more water. Enjoy the mow.🤙

Hitting them with the full cockiness! I like it! Also 100% justified! lawn looks amazing and has for a while now. 90 in the PNW with rye/kbg is like 115 in kansas. It's humid AF out here. Every time I watch your videos I want to reel mow bit I have tall fescue. I don't think I have it in me to kill it all off and go full KBG. I have a mix now and it will check out when it gets too hot and I water each zone for 40 mins a day everyday plus a courtesy 10 minute per zone spritz in the middle of the day to give it a break. Thank God I'm on well water! Well water FTW 🤙

I’ve changed this year to cutting three times a week, using Hydratain as well as help from Mother Nature my lawn is so think my honda is not having a problem but I can feel the wheels haveing a hard time getting through the grass because it is so thick. Thanks for the content.

Looks good. In seattle area here and even with heat my yard is looking fantastic only watering every other day deep water style. But it is site specific on soil, sun exposure, etc.

Ya bros I’m just a little north of Seattle and keeping my perennial ryegrass at the absolute top of its game. It likes the watering schedule two or three times per week though. About 1 inch per week has been working mostly because of the heavy doses of humic fulvic and kelp with some of the liquid aeration in there too. I’m on the spoon feeding using simple lawn solutions products and it’s amazing!!

You were talking about shallow roots, the main cause is, when the homes are in the process of being built a lot of construction debris is just buried, wood, concrete, broken curbs, nails. There is a lots of sh!t under the grass that can cause people's grass to look brown and dead. The yard look awesome my brah. 👍

My main question is when do I start? How long between tenacity treatments, and what type of seed I should plant? This is my first home, and I should mention it has irrigation. You should look into an Ezflow unit. I contacted their customer service and they told me that you can use their higher capacity units on a tap system with the correct ball valve adapter. On a small lawn like yours yuou could spoon feed every day and May be refill every 12 months or less. This is what I'm looking at doing so I can automate watering and spoon feeding and just keep my sprayer for weed control and pgr and pre emergent etc.

I have to say your lawn looks amazing and a great improvement from last year. When I was mowing daily and spoon feeding weekly. I had the best lawn I ever had. That was when work was slow and I had the time. Consistency is the key for reel. Now if I retire and move next door to you that smack talk will end reel quick when I am your neighbor .🤣🤣🤣🤣💚👍🦸

Talk your shit @YardBruh !!!! I stamp this vid. If you yardbruh or anyone else here in the comments would advise me. It’s August currently where Iam here in MD, it’s been a really dry and hot summer. My lawn died out without a consistent feeding diet. I have some good spots here and there. I wanna cut the lawn low 1-2” maybe and throw down some good topsoil, over seed with sun & shade grass seed, and some turf builder triple action, and top off with peat moss. Would you guys advise that now in Aug then go with the feeding diet of Hydratain, kelp and humic acid after that or just wait since temps are constantly hot and dry ? I take care of a pga champion golf course. Degree in turf from umass. I cant afford it to lousy like junk. Moisture meter. Penetrant wetting agents. 0 0 30. 0 24 10 soluble root. Nature safe granules. That’s just in my native areas. My boom sprayers are going non stop. We are hand watering more thn automatic watering.
