The most important qualification is dedication to the idea that members of all public boards, commissions, etc. work for and are answerable to the parents and taxpayers of their community. The schools are NOT the board's to do with what they will.
why do you have at least a high school diploma and / or age to vote? i have this idea that i want to change school, instead of teaching and then testing. i would teach and then apply into the real world, which seperates brainwashing propaganda and truth
