Man, that was awesome. Made me remember some of the adventures I had in Belize in 2015. I saw a Banana Orchard (Farm) for the first time and I didn't realize that bananas grew upwards...lol. I saw them driving from San Ignacio to Placencia. Best bananas and oranges I have ever had from the market in San Ignacio I love the nation of Belize and love to watch your videos. Thanks for sharing.
This is such an informative video and it's so fantastic to see sustainable and environmentally friendly farming! I especially loved the cattle ranch and how well the animals are teated :) The cool area for cows was truly heart melting and beautiful to see! Fantastic work by you and your team Will!
Wow you’ve got Sean Kuylen in the video, love that guy. Picaña is one of my fave cuts. I didn’t know that about the livestock trade in Belize, one less thing that you have to have imported.
Pork enhances the flavor of beef. I fell in love with hamburger that was mixed with ground pork. It was the best hamburger I have ever had. Only ever found it at one butcher back in the Midwest. Wish more butchers would do that.
@@andrewcecce you want pork with a bit of fat. Grind it up and mix it with hamburger. You can play with the ratio to find what you prefer. The butcher used 1 to 4 ratio. My mother told me that grandmother always cooked her roast beef with a pork roast because the flavor was excellent. Anyway have fun experimenting!
