Dr. Marc Dimash already draws attention because he is tall, 1.91 tall. He was discovered by the single voice and did not disguise the voice. Great analysis, as always a pleasure. Beautiful song and lyrics. I like the wings opening with a camera circling around Dimash giving the impression of flight. Greetings BRAZIL

I loved this song since I first heard it sung by Jam Hsiao sing it on the Singer. And of course Dimash always take things to a whole new level. Not only does Dimash have this magnificent voice, he is also quite the Showman when he performs. Every part of his body becomes part of the songs. And this costume is awesome, it represents his homeland. I hope you can make it to New York for his first USA solo concert in December. It will be a spectacular show. 🎼🎶🎤❤️🇺🇸

his DEARS recognize him just by that"ascolta la voche" at the begining. he himself said he wanted to change his voice, but he heard audience called him at the begining "di ma shiiii ", so he gave up!🤣🤣

I think Dimash underestimated how unique and powerful his voice is AND the fact that his Dears are (is there a stronger word then 'obsessive'?) when it comes to analyzing every faucet of Dimash's voice, performance (body language, habits, stage setups...) that Dears everywhere could recognize Dimash within the first few notes. I AM glad he was on this show! Even if everyone knew it was him from the start, it was so entertaining (and they all played along, cause really, how could you not know?) Besides, if it wasn't for "Masked Singer" we'd never have been introduced to the (wonderful): Chinese Eagle Bilingual Translation Dictionary. Dimash is adorably creative in getting around the language barrier! He really planned things out well, and seemed to work on phrases he might need to use. :D

He thought to change his voice, but as soon as the audience came out, Dimash shi said, and that's why he sang with his voice. That was said by a Russian program in which they always keep us aware of Dimash's career. I recommend Echo Peterburga with multisubtitles in 20 languages

The mask wasn't really the problem but the wings were. Poor Dimash was fixing his wings and moving his shoulders the whole time when he wasn't singing cuz they're so heavy

Hello Dr Marc!........thanks for your reactions!....... Our Love is a new song of Dimash and is in Mandarin languaje. His mask is based on the Kazajistán flag, Dimash design this custom and He is the Kazajistán Bird. Masked Singer China has a different rule with the American one. It's not ia competition. The artists appear according to their own schedule and they can even decide how many times they can appear. There's no elimination. The judges even pretend not to know who are behind the masks.Dimash's schedule is too tight for him that appear in the long run. Greetings from a Mexican Dear!.......❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🇲🇽🇰🇿🇲🇽🇰🇿🇲🇽

I watched his body movements and position as well as his vocal changes and I thought Dimash does it to transmit or communicate his song and then that beautiful costume an eagle !! the symbol of kazahjistan !! very well designed, Dimash surprised me more and more in his performance because when he makes the transition he raises his voice, does the deployment of the wings wowww his performance was hypnotizing, is he going to fly later? Lol, I have seen the video so many times and it still surprises me like the first time ... but I liked your analysis, I agreed with you on something but you are professional and I am only dear to Dimash, he really is fascinating, a genius.

The TV producer (I think) gave the Costume for him to take it to New York. What a generous act by China. Put Dimash's face on the domestic airplanes. I know he is worth it. US needs to admit his singing abilities. I still feel US music industries are not so sure about him. Why? Is it just me feeling that way? Well, I admit that the things happened in China, I expected to happen in here but some how even the medias are too busy fighting with our government. Dr. Marc, thank you for your positive analyses. I don't comment much but I always appreciate your comments about Dimash.

Could be a lot of reasons. US media and entertainment is different than most countries from what I am observing so far. In China, we see how they allow Dimash to present his culture and folk songs in his performances. I'm not sure if the US media and entertainment is ready for that in the states (we all remember how CBS pusposely chopped out his folk song and later blacklisted him for his honourable act). Dimash's goal is to present his culture to the world through his music. We often see him sing folk songs of his native language from time to time. I don't think the US media would want that. They want drama, shocking stories etc. while Dimash still preserve his private life especially his love life. Still declines to answer certain questions. China let him do that. I don't think it would be the same in the US. At least not yet. But who knows.

This feels like the Beast in Beauty and the Beast. We feel the soft delicate words even though we are looking at this dynamic intimidating bird. Then he becomes stronger and stronger and I feel he is going to take flight. I love this performance. The song is gorgeous. 🤩🤩Dimash does it again.

I don't understand why many complain that you talk too much, because that's exactly what I expect from real vocal teachers and they usually talk a lot because they explain what the singer is doing.

Dr Marc, I am delighted and surprised that you chose this. Thank you! I've been hoping you might react to Dimash's operatic duet he recently performed with Aida Garifullina (soprano of Vienna Opera House), or his trio with Aida and Lara Fabian. I still hope you will analyze one of those for us, but I'm quite happy you did the Masked Singer performance. Dimash's arrangement and interpretation have made me love a song (Our Love) that I previously found uninteresting. Your analysis of the details made it even better for me.

His costume and mask is that of a Kazakh Golden Eagle, it's on the Kazakh flag. He is also singing in Mandarin and one chinese reactor said his language skill was perfect. He asked for the costume especially and they gifted it to him afterwards. He has said he might wear it at his US concert. He really is the worlds best vocalist, love him 💖

......как всегда Димаш великолепен и восхитителен, и снова он попал прямо сердце, .... И снова шок..!!!! И снова сердце колотится ,как ненормальное.... Ждёшь, что будет что-то невероятное, и все равно находишься в ,,восторженном смятении,,,.... По моему это будет продолжаться вечно, где он берет силы, ведь график сумасшедший??!!!, как ему удаётся все запомнить, не забыть , да ещё умудриться великолепно спеть !!!! He stuns me every time. What an absolute master of every aspect of performance and art. I ran out of things to say long ago, and I thought my poetic sensibilities and abilities were pretty much inexhaustible. They are not. I found a limit. Dimash seems to have none.

I had not heard that DImash was in the Masked Singer. To be honest I dont think that it was the best decision to do that, I mean the point of that show is that you really want to know who is behind that mask.. Within 4 seconds when you hear that voice , combined with the stature of his body, everyone knows it is the best singer in the world ! and if there was someone doubting that, he gives it away in the second half of the song. There is only one person on this earth who can sing like that, and can literary say he is the best in the world and that is our Dimash. Fantastic performance love. My goal in life still is to hear and see you live one day. Please make my dream come true and come back to Europe soon!

Hi my sweet professor, first i need tell how i love to see whit you videos! When your bell ring me i always see the video alone if i didnt do it. So i know, he wanted little change his voice because it was a mask show, i think he couldnt :D .. i always feel how much perfectly work he did, choose a china song and made the kazahstan sinbol bird... he said he will bring this costum to concert to Amerika. I love all he does, and did. But now something tuched my heart, you said. I really dont understand while this magic boy tuches me when he singes.... it can be because so clean and perfectli and relax and peace when he is singing? What is the more like so many good singer? I lissen and leant classical music, folk music, i sang when i was young, but i lissened pop and rock too... and i have 5 children so im 60 but because them i lissened many many kind of music and i say honestly i never was real "fan" but know i look for every new song, concert where Dimash does something ... pls forgive me my bad english

Спасибо. Ну умеете вы разложить голос нашего любимого ДИМАША на молекулы,а потом на атомы. Но лучше бы просто послушать этот волшебный голос,а уже потом разъяснять,как получается ДИМАШУ извлекать такой Чудо- голос. Я понимаю,Вы также как и все dears восхищены ДИМАШЕМ. Some comment said there are equally gifted singers in the Philippines. But those singers somehow often sound like they learned to sing on their own with a karaoke machine. But he sounds 'different" , he really believes in what he sings. He had very good teachers and that kind of education is very expensive and harder to find in the Philippines.
