What makes the Ninja 300 a GOOD beginner bike? (Top 5 reasons)

Dewey Jacks ABS is absolutely worth it imo. Check out some of the demonstration videos on RU-vid. It's even required on all bikes sold in Europe now because of how effective it is at reducing accidents.

Everyone says ABS is worth it, but I don't have it and I'm a total noob. First off, I'm not going fast enough to where I'll need to worry about stopping on a dime, but I was taught that in my safety class and I've come to some fairly quick stops. On a motorcycle you're more observant than ever, sometimes even paranoid, so you're more careful than ever. My friend told me as I get more confident handling my bike, to practice getting up to speed, and braking hard to test it out, see if it skids, how hard, and mostly get used to handling it when that happens. For me, I don't really feel I need ABS right now. It's not like you'll brake slower without it. It's just built to prevent you from skidding/locking up. Will you be racing around and have a need for that? That's the question. Your bike will still come with fine brakes without ABS. I did hear the Yamaha R3's have bad braking systems, so upgrading or getting ABS on them may be more important than the Ninja 300s. At least from what I've heard.

The brakes without ABS will be not very efficient as if there was ABS on

135Jaeger531 It just takes time and practice. Slipper clutches help prevent your wheels from locking up when you downshift without rev matching. They don't have anything to do with the friction zone as far as I know

Why not buy used and sell it 6 months later for exactly what you paid for it?

The new market exists for a number of reasons [a] Sell updated models [b] appeal to the "it aint easy to be cheap when you got the money type of cocks" [c] you guessed why. Income status and finance options can mean the difference between buying new or used. We can use your point in the lateral terms; why buy a 4000 miles 300 when you can buy one at 12000 miles and be able to it sell for nearly the same price. The truth is, every point of wealth seeks out a certain amount of guarantee and that is why we have the balance of economy model [demographics, psychographics, macro-economics etc of those factors ultimately influence buying decisions.

I believe that all bikes should be bought used. Motorcycle manufacturers should stop making new bikes, only used bikes.

Try investing some change for a new brain, maybe it will make sense.
