Ingredients
4 cloves of garlic 🧄
1/2 of an onion 🧅
1/4 star pasta (Found ours at Target in the pasta isle)
1 Roma tomato
Olive oil
Seasoning of choice
Spinach (optional)
Saute garlic and onions in med sauce pan. Place garlic, onion and tomato in blender and cover with water and add seasonings of choice. Toast star pastas with oil then add blended mixture back to sauce pan. Boil and add spinach (optional) and enjoy!

Rotisserie chicken or Just Bare nuggets
Buffalo sauce & Mayo (I used primal kitchen)
Lettuce 🥬 or spinach
Colby Jack Cheese
Avocado
Tortilla (burrito size)
****PUMPKIN CARAMEL COOKIES****
INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP Sugar
1/2 CUP Oil (Veg or Canola)
1 TSP Milk
1 Large Egg
1 CUP Canned pumpkin
1TSP Vanilla Extract
2 CUPS All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1/2 TSP Salt
2 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Baking Soda
CARAMEL FROSTING
3 TBS Butter
1/4 CUP Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 CUP Light Brown Sugar (packed)
Pinch of salt
2 CUPS powdered sugar
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
With a mixer, beat together sugar and oil.
Add egg, milk, canned pumpkin and vanilla and blend well.
In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients and mix.
Drop batter by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool before frosting.
FROSTING
In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, cream, brown sugar and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla and 1 cup powdered sugar. Let the frosting cool to room temp and then stir in enough additional powdered sugar to make a good frosting consistency.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cookies and enjoy!
