He didn't do anything crazy, Jokic was ejected to for 1 technical foul, even the game announcers said they didn't see anything to warrant a technical foul against him let alone an ejection against the Bulls. Even players this erà and before were saying something about it too.

If that happened on the court instead of the back hallway does he still get arrested? That seems to vary by sport as well as individual incident. You can't expect to clean this type of thing up until you have the limits defined.

You can't fight in Hockey it is a penalty of 5 mins, but it has to be done on the ice. I remember the Boston police came in the Montreal Canadiens's room to arrest the goaltender after he fight in the Garden's alley at the end of the game. The club closed the door and did not let the police entered so nobody was arrested.
