Mumbai center is operational only twice a week, Thursdays and Fridays. For a Friday , you need to book an appointment as I've shown in my video. For a Thursday, it's just walk in from 9am to 12pm

Yes they can but they will have to produce evidence they are related to you. So when you go to the visa office, just enquire the docs required to be shown at the office in order to collect your passport
Yes, while submitting the docs you have to go to the visa office by yourself. You have an option to collect your passport back with the originals you would have submitted by courier
@@medicalgenie6969 how about through agencies ? During my first visit to China in 2017 , I didn’t have to go to any Visa office , my agency took care of everything
@@Drdoes right now the rules have changed, they don't allow agencies to do it. I went through an agency in my first year as well, right now the consulate wants the individual to go and submit the docs
@@soulfulsmit4275 there is something called physical health form to be submitted at the centre, as of now they haven't asked for it. But it's available online or check out Indian students in China group.
@@ayshamannengal1169 try booking it after 24hrs from the time you cancelled the appointment. If the system allows you to book, then go ahead otherwise just walk in on the specific day and time based on your center
