First love you Parker I’m now a RU-vidr because of you I’m working my way towards doing car content but one year in and 4k subs later I’m still going huge inspiration
Weird question. I just found out there's two charging ports on the rivian, One on each side of the vehicle. is it possible to use two chargers to plug into each port and charge the truck faster
Vehicle Virgins Great Video I think it's awesome that you got to Drive Salomondrins Rivian R1T and I think it's pretty cool and I think you should Review that Artura
Rivian's are funny looking, issues and quality vary, read the reviews. Electric cars as of 2024 there are not enough charging stations. In a few years it will be worth nothing. Skinny Fanboies and noobs are smiling as the rest of us are laughing. The video gets interesting @ 6:52
Why did Salomondrin loose so much on the Sterrato…maybe the Sterrato is a toy for Rich boys and as they are rich they have to pay for owning it 2 weeks
It’s only a matter of time before the streets get full of these awesome vehicles, people by nature are afraid of what they don’t know, politicized climate change has put a hurt on consumer mass adoption of electric vehicles and I know that as people get more confortable with this technology, demand will pick up and prices will go down.
Since I own a Rivian, I have not experienced anything remotely that I would consider unreliable; in fact, I would say just the opposite. I also own a new 2024 Cadillac, and so far, Rivian is leaps and bounds more reliable than the Cadillac and far less buggy. I mean the software experience with Rivian is incredible, not so much with the buggy Cadillac, and that is the newest system with the huge screen that Cadillac offers. The Rivian service center experience is also way better. But, then again, it's just my personal experience. Maybe others have different experiences, or maybe as time goes on, my opinion will change.
That is an odd ranking from Consumer Reports that also contradicts another Consumer Reports ranking that places Rivian as #1 in customer satisfaction, as well as contradicts many actual customer's experience. Unfortunately CR isn't transparent at all about how they determine their rankings so we have no idea why they rated Rivian so low.
There is a video somewhere in RU-vid that basically sums this up, LUXURY CARS KEEP YOU BROKE! Let alone a Buggati, can you just imagine the cost in fixing one of those little motors/screens? Changing brakes? Lol If a early 2000s car is good enough for Warrent Buffett I think I'm gonna take his advice over these content creators showing these cringe videos flexing their $
Rivian has a 2 out of 5 reliability rating on Consumer Reports. On the plus side Rivian is ahead of only Merc Benz and Chrysler. But worse than Ford, Volvo, Jeep, Tesla, and VW. Clearly there are much better ways to spend $70K or more.
Buyers should love their Rivian vehicles but for all the wrong reasons. Rivian is losing $90k per vehicle. As proof... in 3Q23, Rivian delivered 15,564 vehicles. GAAP loss was $1.4 bill. $90k loss per vehicle. Rivian needs to sell its cars for around $200k+ just to break even on a gaap basis. Almost impossible. So Rivian buyers are essentially getting about 70% off the retail price Rivian needs to break even. And why Rivian is headed for certain bankruptcy
