Wow, this story would be awesome to help bring us back into the post sequel trilogy content. Some really cool stories, but we also really could/should see a live action (longer version) of the Maul and Kenobi final fight. I think that would def make fans super excited
I would like to see Mace Windu reappear and have him be furious and full of rage at the Skywalkers for what Anakin did… and Obi Wan would have to defend Luke on Tatooine when Windu tries to the end the Skywalker bloodline. It would have the chance to be super emotional, conflicting, and confusing for Obi Wan and could deal with him coming to terms with all of his past and how things have changed…. (Mace Windu could also kill Reva almost immediately after season 1… bcuz she might also want to be a protector of Luke…🙄) It would also set up a Mace Windu show which would be pretty cool.
You literally read my mind! About 2 days ago I thought how great would it be if Luke read Kenobi’s journal of his adventures and that was the season two of Kenobi. Then they wouldn’t have to develop a story that would screw with the timeline because it could be pieces that could be one episode and could be plopped in and maybe they reading would get interrupted and look would have to fight the empire, pre-ROTJ or struggling with the Jedi academy students looking for wisdom post-ROTJ.
After the Obiwan he went back to Tatooine and remained a hermit to ensure that no one would ever find him or Luke. He would not be foolish enough to attempt to reveal himself as the Empire thought the Jedi were all dead.
The empire knew where obi wan was, it's just that the empire thought as long as Kenobi stays on tattoine in exile being a hermit there's no reason to risk inquisitors to kill him when he appears to be superior than even Vader.
@@ABCDEFGH-un7sm expect the empire explicitly states that obiwan is dead. Of the writers were smart then Vader would have defeated Obiwan I'm the series and stated to never come back.
One of the few Legends books I have read is "The Life and Legends of Obi-Wan Kenobi" by Ryder Windham, and funnily enough, the book had the Legends stories of Obi-Wan facing both A'Sharad Hett and using the Force to put the Krayt dragon to sleep to save Luke. I do find A'Sharad Hett become a Sith Lord quite interesting, although I must agree that it is repetitive, but I would like to see the encounter between Obi-Wan and A'Sharad Hett, Obi-Wan and Black Krrsantan, or Obi-Wan and Darth Maul in live action. A story with Luke reading Obi-Wan's journal is perfect for that. (Interestingly, the book used that as how Luke created his kyber crystal and had Luke reading the book be what gave the stories, and Obi-Wan's journal is canon in Star Wars now as well).
I think your on to great things here I understood that Obi-Wan felt he had to save Leia she was also a possible future for the Jedi and Luke was safe fir the moment anyways But I liked that another Jedi turned up and seeked up Obi-Wan. They could have worked with that more. That the inqisitors was there could make them sence more force sensitive beings near by. That made Obi-Wan having to trick them to follow him of the plannet, so they didn't find Luke
Is it really more impressive to simply slaughter a large predator for doing what is natural in his own environment or is it more impressive to use the force to simply cause it to fall asleep doing no harm and saving Luke ?
Hey what the heck ever happened to Supreme Chancellor Valorum? Did he live a quiet life in shame in the end? Did Palps have him "removed" as a loose end/threat to his standing with the plebians? Did he just go on a vacation? Any ideas?
I think they should sit on a Leia series giving it around five years to develop. Then when Vivien Lyra Blair is 15 or 16, have a new young Leia series on Disney Plus.
Played a lot of solitare I imagine. (used "Force Cheat" so he never lost) Became a gourmet chef of local cuisine. (pioneered light saber/wok fusion stirfry cooking). Almost became an Alky, but used "Force A.A." to conquer this ...Aaannd finally became the oldest winner of the Boonta Nite 500 (not the classic) The 500 is much more prestigious and profitable. Of course he used "Force Name" that allowed all to know him as Richard "The King" Petty....cowboy hat N everything! Oh! And how could I forget! Introduced "Force Air-Conditioning" to certain allies. \m/
He should be training with qui-gon on how to become a force ghost and protecting luke. That's what yoda told him to do. And he should have done it after revenge of the sith, I still don't understand why he didn't. Makes no sense. That would be enough to make a great second season if well written. Also, they can bring hayden christensen back for flashbacks.
remember how you said the music from Kenobbi didn't feel like Star Wars? Well, that's because John Williams only composed the main theme. You should check it out!
Make a “tales of obi wan” show would be so cool, it’s luke before episode 6 in obi wand hut reading a journal he left. They could even use the current comic coming out right now as a prelude to it.
A'Sharad Hett would be interesting to do, you could have the set up on Obi-Wan and finish it off in a Rey series or something down the line. But it shouldn't be the draw of the entire season, if anything it should be a thing for Tales of the Jedi and Obi-Wan could just stay as 1 season.
They think shaky cam is more realistic, it's not...our minds accommodate for our body and head moving around in our vision. You don't notice "shaky cam" stuff with your regular vision
Serious boggling question - in their season finale fight in the Kenobi show, when Vader won the first part of the fight, he buried Obi-Wan and left, right? HOW he did NOT sense that he is still alive under those rocks and just left ?!?! PLEASE, make a video or a quick comment about it...It just doesnt make any sense to me :/
I think he knew Kenobi was alive, he just considered him too weak to be a threat, and it's more torturous to keep him in anguish. His goal isn't killing, just cementing his superiority with his enhanced abilities.
to further, Mr12Relic comment, Vader had completely overpowered and defeated Obi-Wan, twice, and for Vader that's all he needed, Vader likely thought the same as Obi-Wan did against Anakin/Vader in Ep3 ROS, Obi-Wan couldn't kill Anakin/Vader and definitely after cutting his limbs thought no way could he be a threat anymore, Vader after crushing Obi-Wan thought no way could he could be a threat under all that rubble, and to further back up that point, after seeing how weak Obi-Wan is in their first meeting and in the season finale Obi-Wan getting powered up in the force Vader likely thought that Obi-Wan still wasn't powerful enough to survive that onslaught of rocks. "No need to step on Ants, they are too weak to disturb you" - Vader mindset after him thinking he had triumphed over Obi-Wan.
What if Bo-Katan Kryze was a stronger and better fighter than Maul and Pre Visla combined, thus defeating Maul and/or Sabine Wren in combat for leadership of Mandalore and/or the Darksaber?
To be honest they can make like a two-story Kenobi basically have Kenobi fight against threats on tatto onie including fighting hett as his main villain plus showing Vader hunting down enemies of the empire kind of like a two-story Kenobi half. The story would be about Kenobi fighting enemies on tatooine and the other half would be Vader hunting down enemies and Jedi plus show Kenobi training with Qui-Gon how to become a force ghost and possibly showing what the Netherworld of the force looks like
I do not think we needed a Kenobi show, or any more content from that period and location. Where it was left in ROTS gave us all we needed to know. He would look after Luke, and spend his years growing old and staying hidden. There is nothing more to add, other than maybe his tribulations with Qui Gon. Meeting Vader, leaving the planet, I wish it wasn't canon. One of the most powerful parts of ROTS is knowing that Obi Wan has has hid away and will not resurface until 20 years. And this will be the first time in those 20 years he meets Darth Vader. Let us pray there is not a season 2
You know the fans pretty much right this serious now Disney doesn't care that much to go with that much in debt so anything Disney does I don't consider Cannon or anything else they f****** suck and they don't think that much in debt so I don't know why anybody else does
I can't believe you just brushed over one of the main reasons Yoda told Kenobi to go to Tatooine - to learn from Qui-Gon the ways of force ghostry - I mean its only one of the MAJOR story arcs in the 3 original SW movies!
You could make a couple videos regarding these topics about “What Luke & Leia did after the Kenobi series (before ANH).” Idk if there is enough evidence about their timeline as they grow up, but this is something I’m interested in finding out
Maybe do a semi-canon anthology series with each episode focusing on individual characters in Star Wars that might tie up loose gaps. A lot of these stories don't seem to be rich enough to fill a full movie or TV Series (looking at you Boba Fett). Would also be very interesting to know what Darth Maul was up to in between ROTS/Clone Wars Season 7 and his appearance in Star Wars Rebels. Maul has become kind of a weird foil to both Vader and Kenobi.
I really REALLY want only 2 things from disney when it comes to the inbetween years (between prequel and OG) 1. More small scales stories, less stuff that gets the direct attention of the emperor or vader. 2. Stop introducing new jedi/force users, there are already way too many during a time period when they were supposed to have been essentially wiped out. Yoda's famous "last of the jedi" comment is a really bad joke at this point.
Black Krrsantan might be the villain of Season 2. We can see Kenobi training and protecting the Lars Homestead from smaller villains, his bond with Luke, and how he became who he was in ANH.
