You´re a legend and a huge inspiration to many. I myself am a hybrid athlete and currently a cadet at a military school. I do triathlon and try to do my best at weighted calisthenics and the gym overall. You have helped so much though out this long journey that I am just starting. @@dreswan1 I train more on the calisthenics side of things, but I´m pretty sure physique like his is very achievable being natural... who knows if he´s natty or not, maybe he´s not, who knows. But you can´t deny the fact that this guy right here is an inspiration to many others out there... and just by showing off his perseverance, his success and his hard work. Basically demonstrating that anything you set out to do is possible if you stick to the the program and never loose focus of your goals. Also I bet your ass you haven´t even come close to being as successful as this guy has. So I don´t really think your comment has a place in here. Focus on you man, focus on you and become better, natty or not, who cares. Even if he weren´t natty, hard work is still required, I´d even say more hard work since you have more to worry about and take care of.

They will show you labs and all fancy stuff to push their product, don’t fall for it because you are keeping these people rich, these supplements will do nothing for you if you eat a reasonably healthy diet, it’s a marketing ploy, microeconomics.

Nick - I'd be curious to know what issues you've ran into with your manufacturing, any quality issues you've ran into, and how you've addressed them. I know every company runs into these issues eventually, but what's the process for handling them and containing anything that arises. I've been a customer for close to two years now and have been really satisfied.

Nick, 1) if you are feeling more tired/rundown/sick than usual should you push through to workout? Or rest and take is easier? Can pushing too much have negative effects and keep you ill? 2) Does your body always know when and what to eat? (Intuitive eating). Or do you need to force it to eat when you’re not hungry or don’t feel like eating the proper macros? I’m more go with the flow/body but idk what’s the correct thing. 3) is working out late at night, before bed fine, or bad/bad-for-sleep? …and less importantly, should you eat something after to recover? Or will eating a meal after keep you up at night because it’s eating right before bed? If you just want to answer the first 2 questions that’s fine, I’m really curious what you’d say about those 2 questions. Like so he sees this.

Im used to seeing three or four operators on a single line, that was a lot of manual labor! But I come from a winery and not a co packer. I’m waiting for the day I see a robotic arm at BPN to start palletizing! Being a controls tech that’s the first thing is what can I automate and make easier. Great video thank you for showing your process, the only way to see something made is to work for the company but makes me feel great seeing the co packer and all your certifications and testing! Life long customer!

Love the products Nick, but have you guys considered adding the lactase enzyme to the whey protein? Would be a huge boost to digestion for those of us that love your whey but our guts don’t always agree with it.

@@gavin8741 I’m aware. I want whey protein with an added lactase enzyme. Which companies like GHOST already do and give me zero digestion issues then. But I want to support BPN. And I’m not interested in vegan protein. Vegan protein tastes much different and has a grainy texture. It doesn’t resemble whey at all.

I love that I know this fairly well and understand this. I work at an animal feed manufacturer. We have 3 and 5 ton mixers. Sadly we aren't food grade so we aren't as clean or meticulous. The only major difference is the cleanliness and personal hygiene.

I think a good idea would be to somehow attach the scooper to the bottom of the lid during packaging so it doesn't work its way to the bottom during shipping. Just that small thing makes all the difference. I hate having to get a knife and fish for the scooper when I open a new whey protein lol

Products are top notch! I’ve noticed that the containers for your protein are really large - sometimes it seems like the protein powder only fills it about 60%. Totally happy with the amount of product, however, have you thought about sourcing a smaller container? It would save on plastic. Cheers!

Any chance y’all could explain why you decided to use whey concentrate instead of whey isolate? I’m always afraid of using a full scoop of bpn protein due to the extra calories, cholesterol, etc compared to say a brand like Myprotein. I guess if there’s an upside to using whey concentrate, I’d like to know!

How important is the environment in the facility such as heat & humidity levels or light exposure, time packaging ect...? Also, I could show you a way to get that amount (volume/weight) into a much smaller container. Save shelf space and plastic waste to lower ESG Rating and save $$$.

New to supplements and to BPN so I'm just curious has he ever mentioned on if he's gonna release a whey protein Isolate product? I just started my fitness journey and so far BPN is my favorite and it taste the best out of others I tried but my gym buddy said that it isn't the best as it uses whey protein concentrate which he said is low quality whey and that it has acesulfame potassium (the ones I have has it but maybe he changed it since then as when I look at their website it doesn't show it anymore)
