What so bad about recording them. Are people not allowed to go to their place of work and look at them and even speak with them. How does recording change anything? According to your logic, when security or police with BWV record the public going about their private personal lives doing things like shopping is disrespectful and a shit thing to do.

@@Carljack80 If I politely told you to take your cap off or take your shoes off would you tell me to do one? Whats so special about using a camera? Why does someone have to follow someone else's request. Yes, it can be polite to do so, but that is up to the person with the camera. And if they don't think the person making the request deserves the respect or is not actually asking politely they can decline. Its not a crime to be impolite or rude. But it does mean that other people can make their own opinions up. As to whether the people are watching whilst sitting in the sales area or on RU-vid doesn't make any difference.
Too many people breakdown in public or town centres that are camera-ed up in this country. Things like this should be clear indicators for mental health care intervention.

Worth a mention to the dealers, why they have disabled parking bays but park their own vehicles in them. Depriving disabled customers from using them for easy access to their showrooms.
I wonder if they are licenced to play copyrighted songs, to use as a performance to their audience/customers?! If not they're denying royalty payments to the artists and also infringing copyright. Things you learn... I was an old school mobile DJ, weddings and parties... Back in the Jurassic period.
For a bunch of people operating a showroom they are not very happy to be on show. I wonder how they manage to present themselves as salespeople? Are they embarrassed to work for Inchcape at Mercedes-Benz of Oxford? As Gottlieb Daimler famously said "The best or nothing". This dealer did not present to that standard. When you work in sales it is almost like putting yourself on stage and presenting to an audience whether there is a camera or not does not really change things. As for a Customer Experience Expert this sounds like an interesting idea. It would be good to see how this works in practice as at the end of the day if it involves helping a customer choose a car at some point you need to close the sale and being a salesperson. The cleaning lady gets the idea of the video more than the others here. Looking forward to seeing a Mercedez-Benz dealer using this as a good opportunity rather than being bad eggs about it. You need to go to more Mercedes cardealer ships then to see what response you get more now then be more entertaining for the videos then man with a camera 📷 quick hide in the lockeroom lol see what the next one brings
