Total land registered for the project is 5000 sqm ,, building & compound is built in 3000 sqm... 2000 sqm is empty land outside the compound .. How much land will should builder / promotor should transfer to society ???

First of all I would like say thank you very much for the response.. Yes it's registered under RERA Total area as per RERA is 5000 SQM Approved FSI is 6000 Not sanctioned FSI 3000 apartment built in only 3000 SQM 2000 SQM is outside compound How much area will get converted into society name ?
