With all due respect to the engineers, this is simply a way to avoid making battery electric vehicles. Porsche is a performance ICE powered brand and they are afraid of losing their market. If you have green electricity it is more efficient to charge up your vehicle with it and which you can do at home. Porsche need to accept the fact that BEVs are here to stay and battery technology will only improve and improve.
Junk tech at this point. Super expensive engines, massive electricity demand to create H2 at a time when grids are already overloaded, and no good way to store H2 int he car or refuel. Haha not like internal combustion? It IS internal combustion, you fool.
