Hey Joe, how are you? I hope you're in better health I'm Egyptian and just starting my 60day juice challenge, and I hope you can help me with some of my questions. I've only seen your challenge a week ago and now I'm on my third day. Are only fruits and vegetables allowed? I mean, is coffee and tea allowed? Also will drinking buffalo milk work? More importantly, are fruit and vegetable eaters good or must be half fiber? Please advise me and answer because I need to lose 30 kilos.
I’m wondering if the press and container for the extracted juice is the same size on both the vitality 5800 and the new J2 (the part of the machine that houses the press and screen and the rubber fins)? Or is that part of the machine larger on the J2? Just from watching the videos so far, they look similar in size to me. I love the idea of the new press having the large hopper, I’m always accidentally spilling things over into my juice cup or rinds cup when filling the smaller intake on the vitality 5800 Nama juicer- haha- still love it to death though!
@@FatSickandNearlyDead - no, not the loose plastic containers. I meant the middle body of the press itself where the juice gets pressed and held until it’s released.
@Joe Cross, or anyone with experience pls reply ! It’s big help. I start juicing but I feel too much thirsty during the day, why? I drink 2,3 L water .
