Adam,Did you know renovating a property adds more value to the property?for example you get like dilapidated houses and then you turn them into dream homes.
Good evening Adam, I have 2 question hoping you might be able to shed some light. 1. How long does it take for a new developments to show on the GPS 2. Can a New developments pass(I mean meet the developemt standards and prerequisite) without STREET lights? Sorry to ask odd question. Looking forward to your answers. Great videos as always
Rule 1. Don't buy property in South Africa. You're wasting your capital. Rather rent, and use your capital to invest in foreign assets and Bitcoin. 2. Do not buy new! Property developers are greedy as hell. The sale prices are well above market value, and non negotiable. The statement about warranties is rubbish. Even if there is a warranty, be prepared to fight for it. That could mean hiring a lawyer, or it'll certainly mean spending a ton of time fighting. 3. After renting a place for a year or more, if you really like it, offer to buy it. If not, move on. 4. Save up for travel. Once you see the rest of the world you probably will want to emigrate.
