Anyone writing music (or creating anything) at the moment will be thinking a lot about AI I'm sure and the effects it will have on the industry and creativity as a whole.
I completely agree with Rick Beato's recent video - AI is here and it is really scary. It will definitely put a lot of composers out of work. Why hire a composer when you get something instantly for next to nothing with just a few short prompts?
I wanted to make this video though as I do believe there is one saving grace - and that it human ingenuity - the ability of the human brain to throw up truly original things (like Ennio Morricone's scores for films like 'The Good, the Bad and The Ugly' for instance).
But what do you think...am I being naive?
