I have bought many "used-like new" items on Amazon and so far, Amazon has not disappointed me. I've saved a lot of money!

Just received a used-very good. What i ordered was a dark rock pro 4 cooler. What i received was a glorified paperweight. There is no "quality control" they just slap an inspected sticker on it and send it on it's merry way. The cooler and box was completely destroyed, yet the shipping box was fine. So it was definitely from the warehouse

This makes me feel better. I'm buying something that is usually very expensive as a collectors item but it's super cheap because all the value went down when it was taken out of the box. I'm very excited lol

Those "used" products are generally brand new overstock items in my experience. The new problem is sellers buying those Amazon return bins then selling used products as new. This has happened to me multiple times lately with very expensive tools and electronics. Amazon refuses to post my reviews pointing this out.

@@sutats I received the item with no visible scratches on the product (like new) except the boxes is not in the best condition. Highly recommend if anyone wanna get from Amazon Warehouse and save some cash.

I ordered a Switch oled in very good condition. Amazon never stated if the console has cosmetic scratches or if packaging is damaged. No worries though, if it's defective I can always return it

@@lexbeltran1354 they have great customer service. I must say,, it use to be a little better, you was able to return stuff &/or keep it, & they will give you your money back (🤣), not anymore. So far, it's working OK, & it was in great condition. I was just a little nervous about buying an used item from them.. But it's working & looking great so far.🤞🏾

Hit and miss with the Used condition. Two clocks - only one in the box. Very good vaccum - was dirty. Wifi Thermostat-mint condition.

Used a couple of times got the sony wh-1000xm3 a year or 2 ago for £198 just got the sony wf-1000mx3 for £93 from amazon germany only one bad one was philips hue impress they didn't work faulty sent back refund

the discounts are so small, that it doesnt seem worth buying used from them just to save $2. when i think of used, i think of items worth half their value, not 99% of their value.

On cheaper items it might be a small discount, but I just got an item worth new 350 for 280, used very good. This is some big savings and I can honestly say If I'd bought the new condition version and got the same thing I'd notice nothing wrong. Very good on this occasion seems perfect. This is my first experience with this service so I don't know If I got lucky or this is the norm. If it is normal, I'd totally recommend it.

Because people like in-depth reviews of what an item's quality to get an idea of what to expect before making their own purchase. I'd much rather have this than a 1-2 minute long video of someone quickly unboxing it, hastily fumbling it around in their hands, and then just going "yeah, it's good". That doesn't give me much info at all to go off of, while this longer one does.
