😢😢 this vlog made me emotional, you are so brave to talk about mental health. Thank you for helping me get through this diagnosis. I wouldn’t be able to do it without my family 💗 you are amazing and love you all 💕
Jay Ellen you are amazing doing this video. With what you and your family are going through, for you to be able to do this video and talk about your mental health so openly, you are a much stronger person than me thats for sure 💖 it shows strength and courage to do this, and i thank you for talking about your mental health so open and honestly. I work in the NHS maternity services too, i get it 100% the pressure the strains, it is full on and draining. I have many times questioned do i stay, do I go, its hard. Stay strong, but most importantly always talk to someone and get the support you need. I wish you and your sisters all the best, sending love to you all ❤ x
All things considered I think you’re coping pretty well… even reaching out for mental help - I know that in many countries medical professionals often have harder times asking for help than the public (and that says something)… proud of you!
The start of this video had me beaming! Loved watching the baby shower 😍 But must admit I found it very hard to watch you cry 😣 so proud of you for talking about mental health openly though and showing others some ways in which you try and cope. Sometimes it’s hard to think of ways to feel better; this might inspire someone to exercise, read a book, or contact their GP. Love you sis ❤️
