What's Better? Manual Breast Pump or Electric Breast Pump?

I have a hands free electric pump and a manual pump. I’m breastfeeding and pumping and currently have an oversupply to manage. I like my manual pump for relieving some pressure after or in between nursing (output 5oz max). I like my electric for when I need to empty my breasts more- when I can feel clogged ducts or even if I want to pump to build up a milk storage supply.

I have seen a lot of women saying they get more milk in 5 minutes on the manual pump than on the electric one. My 4th baby is 1 week old and i just bought a manual pump to try. My electric pump i feel takes too long.

I wished I saw this video before buying my spectra s1. My lansinoh manual pump works so much better

Pls help, when to buy brest pump, before or after childbirth. I want to buy hands free brest pump, but I don't know when
