I’m rewatching a bunch of interviews and panels with 15x18 in mind and I gotta say...they were not subtle with the jokes, but they were absolutely amazing at being unreadable in the face. I’m honestly impressed.
everyone's talking abt the answer (i mean i'm cackling too that was iconic) but can we take a moment to appreciate how kind misha is? like this kid is struggling to talk, probably scared as hell at talking to a big crowd, and misha is like "hey you're doing (not quite great), you can do this, be proud of yourself for doing this" and encouraging them and i think it's really sweet.

@Hestia Athena Yeah we did watch the same thing lol. I'm not turning it into anything sexual so not sure where you got that from. Castiel had his romantic confession and assumed Dean doesn't love him romantically therefore he said it's something he cannot have. Again with all the genital talk, kind of weird since I didn't mention that at all. But while we are on the topic, his vessel does have "junk" and we know they can use it and experience sexual feelings since Dean already had sex with an angel before and Cas presumably had sex with someone too. There has been no confirmation of whether or not Dean feels romantically about Cas, but there is no way to deny an extreme connection there. And again, you were the one who attacked me for a joke and all i've done is say you're acting heated, and that means i'm throwing a hissy fit? okay lol. i was never here to argue so if you've got no actual interesting point of view to talk about with me then all you are doing is spending your time trying to argue with people over a show that definitely is far from the pinnacle of gay representation.
@Hestia Athena what are you trying to imply about the bi makes it sexual? You could only feel romantic connections to just one sex, or two sexes, and the way you experience sexual attraction can be completely different from that. We don't know if that connection is friendship since Dean didn't even have the chance to reply and process his emotions before Cas was taken from him. We have to wait and see if Dean addresses it in the final episodes, perhaps they will meet again and we will all get closure. Also Dean could just be in romantic love with Cas as the genderless being he is, and not like any other man, or he could like other men yet not like Cas romantically. There are many possibilities and to be so certain about an answer before we get the confirmation would be silly. I'm not forcing you to believe anything, simply stating that it's not always so black and white, and maybe don't attack people who were just making jokes in the comments and totally kill the vibe of that comment chain by butting in with the opinion that was struggling to link itself to the joking remark that was made. Also the evidence people use to put forward the question of whether Dean is bi generally has actually very little to do with Castiel at all. And you have a point there about Anna but I also remember Castiel had sex with someone and I believe he still had his grace then although I could be wrong. He also had that crush on Meg and made out with her the way he learnt from that porno. But I don't wanna keep talking about the angels sex drive anyway since I wasn't talking about sex in the first place.

I love watching panels of Jensen and Misha together because they just get each other. They naturally understand wether something is a joke or not and they play around with it. Such a dynamic duo.

I love how Misha always seems to say something crazy and have a moment of “fuck why did I let that slip” and then go straight to “fuck it” and just carries on with the insanity.
God, I love misha so much, we're very blessed to have him in this fandom tbh, this show doesn't deserve him, this man is an international treasure and a gift to human kind 😍, he's so kind and sweet and supportive and a source of happiness, I wish I could find someone in real life that makes me laugh like he does 😍.

Fans have been using impala as a safe word for dean and cas in fanfic for years now, misha didn't start anything, he heard it from some fans in the first row so he used it in his answer 😂. If you listen carefully you can hear a fan saying impala before he said it.

"Safe word" refers to a specific word that couples who are into BDSM (rough sex) use. Since saying things like, "No! Stop!" is part of the rough sex roleplay, there has to be a specific word chosen in advance so that it is clear when a person has reached their limit and truly wants their partner to stop. Misha having an automatic answer is already the joke, since it implies that Dean and Cas actually have a safe word that he's thought about. (A joke, obviously.) Choosing a word that is specific to the show and even more specific to Dean's character just makes it funnier.
