Today I am sharing another “What’s for dinner?” video, where I take you along in cooking dinner with me from Sunday to Thursday. I hope you guys enjoy this video:
Sunday:
Beef Kabobs-
Red wine marinade:
1 sliced onion
1 cup of red wine
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbs salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
3 lbs of boneless beef
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir the beef in. Marinade overnight in the frdige.
White Wine marinade:
1 onion grated or pureed
1/4 cup of mayo
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of white wine
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp paprika
4 cloves of garlic minced
3 lbs cubed beef
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and marinade overnight in the fridge.
