12:06 good to see you're checking temps to initially heat the dogs to 165 in the boiling pot before moving them to your hot holding pan. That's the right way to do it.
Great performance of your mastery of the Hot Dog. Add some commentary as you build each of your items. We see every precise detail in your movements. Can wait to come up and enjoy your food.
@@thesixcylinderclub Eat as much pizza, bagels and hot dogs that you can. The food there is great. Just check the hot dog carts before you eat there , if they don't keep a clean cart I would stay away. Gray's Papaya is a must stop when you are there!
Loved watching this, you have a fantastic method of preparing food and pay close attention to safe food temperatures. Hope you are doing good business!
Guys I've literally watched 2 videos now starting the 3rd this one. When I visit the states next year you bet I'm coming your way. Great food, great videos. Hard work done right. Can I ask. Do you both own the food truck? Best wishes from the uk.
Thank you for the loyal support! We can't wait to serve you when you come visit. We have both been working together for 8 years now. Only one owner. Thanks for watching!!
It's hard to build a business on cold hot dogs or building them one at a time. We can understand how you could think this from just watching the video. We have controlled the temp of the hot dogs all the way to the customer. If you look closely where the hotdogs are boxed and waiting to go out the window has a 1000watt heat lamp. Even the Bag is hot when we hand it to the customer. Thanks for watching!!
Thanks for the feed back. We usually do one for a half fry and 2 for a full fry. Maybe 2 & 3 would be more accommodating for the customer. Appreciate the support!!
Those ketchup packets aren't the cheap ones. Those look like bigger packets that you can use for dipping if you want. Tell you what though, how about you start a business and see how many of those you give away when you pay for them.
@@mikel9567 You are correct they cost 4x more than the cheap 9gram squeeze packets. These are 27gram squeeze & dip packets. Thanks for noticing the details.
