@kezp8114 but it's the opposite. Teams can easily lock down one elite player in the last quarter, but when you have multiple clutch players, it's far more difficult to stop them, meaning everyone's stats will increase as the opposition can't put any pressure on anyone

Been saying this since the game, Nicks ball use that game was absolutely terrible. Turned it over to multipe goals and only hit a target with 30% of his kicks, he's been a nuts player for his entire time playing. That game however wasnt one of the good ones, been getting ridden by the afl media for it so hard though. So many better performance that week that got little to 0 attention in comparison

@@Tosicc567 When I saw all the analysts frothing over Daicos after the game I was actually convinced they hadn't seen the game. As you said, he's been nothing short of brilliant in his short career so far but he was bloody awful on the weekend. Basically a nineteenth man for the Crows.

It makes sense media wise to keep him in the headlines based on attention. He's a nuts good player but yeah that game he was absolute ass, numbers are meaningless without context. Didn't watch the whole game but I believe you. It's amazing what supporters notice that the football media doesn't. Gulden had a purported BOG game recently where he turned over the ball way too many times to think he'd be considered BOG but the stats told another story. The fans know their players inside and out and are much better judges of who played well

The Swans are Essendon 2000, not like those other teams - the Swans are up by 30% (not 15) against ANY OTHER Top 8 Team! We've played THE MOST Top 8/Top 10 teams and haven't lost with a % that is still 150+. It's absurd to try to find problems.

This is why Champion data hates collingwood. Coaches- Nick Daicos best player, champion data - 21st best player.

Daicos was terrible that game, champion data cant be biased lol its literally taken from direct data. Daicos hit a target with less than a third of his kicks, contributed directly to multiple goals againts because of his turnovers. Numbers dont equal impact, he helped the crows more than his own team based on how bad his kicking was. He's great normally but not that game. If you think a completely unbiased data based ranking is againts collingwood, that just shows that he wasnt as good as you thought he was. Turnovers and bad efficiancy take off from a players rating, they rate hitting kicks very highly and equally take off when you dont hit a target. His misskicks arguably kept the crows in the game lol

@@aCourtJester fyi those dump kicks out are bad kicks and a bad decision. If you win the ball on the inside, handball it to the outside to get a clean kick out. If he's dump kicking it that often he is doing a bad job. A lot of his turnovers were in transition that lead directly to conceding goals, it's the single worst point to turn the ball over. Daicos is a gun but that game was very bad, numbers are meaningless without context
