Ha ha she doesn’t take up that much space 😂 And yes! Insulated garage makes a huge difference on heating/cooling bill and future upgrades to a mini split HVAC unit in the garage

Holy crap. I’ll still to my 10 acres in northern Florida and my own well and trees and green grass. That crap looks dirty, dusty.

@@stgeorge yeah I used to own an insurance agency. It’s only difficult if you have a really old home. But it’s getting much better now. My insurance with 700K in dwelling and 500K liability is around $1100 a year in Florida. But definitely hard to beat Utah with Insurance overall. Lol.

Thats awesome! I have heard that parts of FL if not the entire state has monopoly on home owner's insurance, so you are left with just a hand full of companies to choose from. Glad that things are not as bad as the media makes them out to be.
