Please make an updated video of What's in my Refrigerator, for your 3 Refrigerators (Main Fridge, Beverage & Basement Fridge) Pleasseee. I find it so satisfying.
Cute backpack! I'm in mourning over my favorite five-year old handbag that my Chihuahua, Basil, ate. Love the easy to get to side pocket. Great video, love your channel! :)
I'm not a backpack girl, but for those of us that are on a budget, I saw a gorgeous, black, faux leather and gold zipper hardware backpack in the purse section of Payless at the mall a few weeks ago.
I've moved back into my LV bag now that its fall! It is so strange, I dont like carrying it in the summer months, too dark/heavy looking. I have loved my MK straw bag this summer, so now that I've been reunited with my LV I'm a happy girl! Need to use more pouches as its dark inside and I hate digging around for something. After watching a video of yours, I ordered some smaller Eagle Creek bags that I can visually see what is in every little bag, I need to go grab those and organize my LV for the fall! Thanks for great video!! Would love to see walking pharmacy, whats in my fridge, empties, pantry, type videos again.... during naps of course!! ;) Your videos make me feel so organized, even thought its YOU thats organized, not me! ;) Bless you and your family, Jen!
I have watched this video so much, one of my favorite. Such a beautiful backpack. I am also looking for a good backpack. And you gave such a good tips what for you important is. Great info to use in my search. You gave such a good ideas how to pack your bag. Got some of the pouches and the baby book. I have two boys, a baby and a toddler. I used my bag as a baby bag, but it did not work. So I bought for both of my boys there own backpack (a giraffe and a monkey bag). I put their diapers, formula, bottle, snack's and change of clothes. Works perfect for us. I am looking forward to the video for the Walking Pharmacy pouch. Thank you so much for sharing.
My son is 8 months old I have the same skip hop diaper bag as you, I also decided I want a diaper purse for basically the same reasons. I thought about the lily jade bag but eventually settled on the Henri Bendel miss Bendel baby bag in black. I love it! Lots of pockets a changing pad and can be worn cross body. I prefer cross body because it's easy to access and hands free.
Fun video. Thanks. I also realized that I don't use the items in my walking pharmacy very often at all; so now I keep it in my car and its been working out great. My purse is much lighter, but I have the secure feeling that anything I might need, is always close by in my car.
This is such a beautiful bag and may be just what I need. For years I have been looking for a bag similar to what Meg Ryan's character carried in the movie "French Kiss." This may be the closest I've seen so far!
I'm way past the diaper bag stage (kids are 21 and 23!) but i love that bag and I want it for myself. Looking forward to your updated traveling pharmacy video (love those), and any other bag video. I too am a bag/tote lover and currently carrying a Coach Kelsie satchel. Because of you, my bag is always organized :-)
I’m a vegetarian. Which is not to say there aren’t leather items in my house, but I don’t buy any new ones. That said-that bag seems very practical and of a very good quality. I actually have a couple of bags I rotate. I’m out of the baby stage. My children are almost 15, just shy of 13, 11, 9.5, and 7.5. Now they largely carry their own items, but on the off chance that I will be lugging things (like at the library or on extended shopping trips I adore the Kipling Micah Printed laptop bag. I can get my MacBook in there and also carry books for light jackets, small purchases and my matching wallet. Lots of space and the straps are decently padded, so as the load increases, I’m still reasonably comfortable. My personal bag right now is a Vera Bradley Turnlock Satchel. I love how roomy that thing is. I can carry a wallet, sunglasses case, phone, and still have room for a small book, pad to jot notes and pens etc etc. I’m a huge fan of the turn lock items she has as of late. I got my two older daughter wristlets in that range. I love good bag. It’s like this lovely security blanket where all the your items are at hand while you are away from your base!
Yes!!! I kept checking back all weekend to see if this video had posted!! It's such a beautiful bag!! You have such wonderful taste Jen! Like you, I love good quality items that will last but are also beautiful. Thank you for sharing this video. I am going to treat myself to this bag once I reach my goal fitness level and weight.
I love this bag and have been eyeing it for awhile. Even though I don't have kids, your video helped a lot. Definitely hoping to pick this bag up after Christmas. J.W. Hulme makes such beautiful bags and with the full grain leather your daughter will most likely be able to use it when she is grown!
It is such a beautiful bag (backpack) but I feel that the majority of people really wouldn't be able to afford the price of this bag. I'm glad that you are able to afford it and make great use of it but the general public probably can not.
Hi! I'm using a black and brown leather coach saddle bag with a over the shoulder strap I bought at an outlet for my workbag and I love it! I take public transportation and using a regular bag just wasn't working for me. It kept falling off my shoulder. I like have something that's actually attached and it's super easy to access anything I have in there. The leather is soft and it wasn't too too expensive. They were having a sale so I got 20% off plus it was the outlet so.... Nice metal zippers and grommet style attachments to the strap. :)
I love your wallet!! I am getting the speedy B 25 in damier ebene (says Santa) and ! was thinking of a wallet in the same, but I like yours better, but in red. My baby is 19years, it gets better each year!! The first Christmas is so much fun!! Im using some of your stocking stuffer ideas!
Loved your video, my fav to watch too. I can't believe how much you fit into it, perfect! I am carrying my LV neverfull mm, but will be switching into something smaller for winter most probably! Have a wonderful week! xoxo
It's not expensive being that it's made in the U.S.A. compared to Coach being made in SouthEast Asia or China or Dooney and Bourke being made in China. The American artisans deserve to be patronized. I have a Hulme wallet and it's worth it. I prefer to save up to buy luxury bags like Louis Vuitton and J.W. Hulme. They have been there for more than a hundred years.
I've really wanting to buy one of their bags for the longest time as their quality and workmanship look absolute gorgeous. Can't decide if I want a saddle bag or tote. Decisions decisions...
Great video, Jen! For those of you who are looking for a more affordable alternative I would look into the Fawn Design diaper bag. It's made of faux leather and works as a backpack, crossbody or shoulder bag. And it's lovely! They are always out of stock but had a recent restock last week, so If you would like one I would hurry :). I managed to get one this time and am so excited!
I am so with you on the drawstring on backpacks. It is very annoying! I sold a backpack purse last year because it had one. I thought it wouldn't bother me, but I quickly realized it did.
I never carried a purse when I needed a diaper bag. I just shoved my personal stuff in my every day diaper bag. I had no desire to lug around all that stuff along with a baby lol.
I just wanted to throw out there that being made of real leather, this bag is going to last for literally decades, if taken care of properly. It is lovely, but will last long after needed for a diaper bag and this is probably one of the major benefits to it. If you are looking to make a wise investment with your money invest in a bag that will hold up well. I do not think faux leather is going to pass the test of time. If you are okay with having one for the look for a season or two, then go for it. :) Just a thought. A canvas bag may be a good alternative if you like the look. Just my two cents.
stephwef26 I can see that it is beautiful and well made but as a mom of three, not only can I not justify $500 for the bag (not judging those who can) but I wouldn't want to put anything in there that could damage it, like a potentially leaky silly cup or crumbled snack or dirty onesie from an outfit change...just not practical at all. If it were for my stuff alone, maybe someday!
Good point. :) Good things to think about for sure. We use a day pack backpack for when we need a diaper bag for our little one and for just my stuff hubby treated me to a Patagonia atom sling ($50 is more than I've spent on a purse ever.) It is nylon-hands-free and has a wonderful warranty for its lifetime!)www.rei.com/rei-garage/product/111430/patagonia-atom-sling?CAWELAID=120217890003064718&CAGPSPN=pla&CAAGID=16301318560&CATCI=pla-93948028120&cm_mmc=PLA_Google|404_23131|1114300001|none|5b73bdf0-b08f-3b49-1b14-00000b4015eb|pla-93948028120&lsft=cm_mmc:PLA_Google_LIA|404_23131|1114300001|none|5b73bdf0-b08f-3b49-1b14-00000b4015eb|pla-93948028120&gclid=Cj0KEQjwyozABRDtgPTM0taCrKsBEiQATk6xDrmdlEDSj7Aopcd6WdYQp-IhGtN11vi8HxpCvQ60SooaArzT8P8HAQ
Hi Jen, I loved the bedding you used to have, and the new set is absolutely beautiful. I keep looking online and haven't found anything I like so much. Would you be able to link to your set?
I looked into this bad but I don't like that there is no zipper for the main compartment. I also live in the Chicago area and take public transportation and my walk to and from is part of my work out routine etc. That being said I feel like it's imperative to have a top zipper because of the rain and snow so I went with a Gucci backpack instead. However I like the back pocket zipper concept and I wish I could combine the two.
Pretty Neat Living I bought so many different cups and couldn't find one that doesn't leak. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks! Again, the bag looks so nice!
Hi! Love your favorites videos! Do you have a favorite traveling bag/luggage for Charlotte? Im flying with my 7 month old daughter next week and am looking for a luggage or roller duffle bag for her stuff.
I keep a spare change of clothes in the car, but honestly CC's never really had a blowout. Nowadays if I ever need to change her it's just because she got food or water all over her clothes. That doesn't happen often when we're out, though.
Nice bag. Do you think that the back flat pocket where you keep your wallet, that the zipper will scratch your wallet after repeatedly putting it in and out?
I haven't noticed any damage as of yet and it gets daily use. I will say the LV empreinte leather is very sturdy. I'm not at all careful with it and it's holding up just fine.
looks beautiful but maybe consider vegan leather next time :) less pain and suffering goes in it, its usually around the same price and it harms the environment much much less!
Giada Amarini unfortunately that's not something Jen seems to care about, love her videos but it really hurts seeing her promoting these kind of horrible and unnecessary things with so many awesome and cruelty free vegan backpack options.. :/
Aussie Dee Ward depends with vegan "leather" you decide to purchase... animal leather has chemicals as well. There are plenty of vegan leather brands that are organic and not only that, they also make sure that the production does not harm the environment and treats its employees well. I would research things before saying things that might alter someones choices. Especially when those choices harm our planet and the sweet animals that deserve way better. Especially when we are talking about a purse.
Jessica B I'm a mommy of a 7 month old and honestly I forget to eat all the time. Especially breakfast because I'm too busy getting my daughter ready for the day :)
That Baby Faces book is horribly racist and sexist, Jen! The first page has a happy white boy and the next page has a sad black girl. My baby loved this book so much but I had to throw it away! I don't want her to internalize sexism and racism.
