I love how simple this skincare routine is! I'm a happy Dermatica convert after Wayne's previous testimonial, and Paula's Choice exfoliants really are the bee's knees for keeping those pores clear. It really doesn't take a needlessly complex inventory of products to have great skin, despite what some skincare influencers would have you believe. As a consequence of maintaining my skin, my makeup requirements are minimal, with only blending in a few dots of concealer necessary each time.

I’ve been using the Dr. Gross peel pads and the PC 2% BHA for about a decade (maybe longer? 😧) , and they are both fabulous!! Instead of the Drunk Elephant Babyfacial, I’d recommend the new Paula’s Choice AHA/BHA peel. It doesn’t mess up my skin like the DE does, but is a wonderful weekly or every-other-week treat for my skin. Thanks for sharing, Wayne. You. Look. FAB!!!!

funny thing about the Augusti bader is they want you to use it alone as the only thing on your skin for results. I tried it but just couldn't keep up with it because I missed using all my other serums.

I enjoy your videos and learning from you. I have reddish face skin..with some broken capillaries.. No bumps..no stinging...so not rosacea ....my skin was much clearer when younger..I'm 49 now and I hate ty his redness and the broken capillaries 🥺...I want to try dermatica but the categories don't have what I am dealing with.... Any advice would be nice .thank you

Yes, I am with you. It needs to be simple but work. My brain knows how important skincare is and the time it takes shouldn’t matter but somehow it just does. If I need to stand in a bathroom waiting for 10 products to dry down before applying the next I will not do it. I will start to think of the million other exciting things I could be doing? Well not 1 million, my life is not that exciting? 💗

I started using the Peach and Lily line recently and it cleared up the horrible breakout that I got on the side of my nose and my chin for using that bloody spin brush! I volunteer at a haunt, a Halloween haunt lol, and I started using that brush to remove all of the cosplay makeup. Well... That brush made my face look like I was going through puberty again. Anyway I'm getting off track. The Peach in Lily have really done wonders for me. Now do you suggest that I stick with this line or try the one you use? That was an awful lot of nonsense to get to the meat of the question lol, sorry

Stick with the Peach&Lily. Everything he suggests is all exfoliation and heavy moisturizing. I'm a licensed professional and Peach & Lily changed the game for me! It's more intentional, and not exfoliating the living daylights out of your skin and you can layer 1 or 2 things or 3 or 4 and not have the hydration sit on top of your skin but still able to do as much as your skin needs.

@@beautyfullyopinionated thank you so much Beauty! I just picked up today as a matter of fact, CeraVe cleanser. I grabbed it when I saw it because the price was right. It has to be a backup for my Peach and Lily when I run out. What do you think? Is that a decent substitute in an emergency?

@@TammyLynn2466 Of course! And well, is it a horrible substitute? No. However, I am very acne prone and ceramide heavy products (leaveon ones at least) start breaking me out in about two days. So i have not personally used any of the cerave cleansers (except the bp acne wash, which I use on my back and armpits) but the hydrating one from them might be too hydrating (not super clean feeling) where the cerave foaming I hear can be drying (especially over time). I like the peach & lily because it's so hard to get best of world's, which it is. The Youth to the People cleanser is similar but I still like the P&L better and is definitely not cheaper. If you are acne prone the sister brand Peach Slices has a medicated wash for 11 bucks and was not drying for me at all (I also don't use it twice a day, every day) my skin felt so good I thought I had washed with the Peach & Lily power calm!! That I washed twice the first time cuz I didn't believe it lol. But I wouldn't make a habit out of it being your only wash, unless you are very acneic and not on a retinoid! Hope that helps :)

I know not everyone can afford dermatica. You don't need it to see amazing results. Adapelene or differin will do as good if not better. It's the gold standard in retinol.

Yes, it is. He talks about it in other videos.....one is the European company, and Curology/The Agency is the US version. I have been using The Agency for 2 months, and my skin is noticeably different and sooo much better. Definitely give it a try!

It has acids in it so can be used as a gentle leave on exfoliator

I bought it on Wayne's recommendation and love it. Yes it's a lotion but it has acids in it so it does exfoliate but doesn't leave you skin feeling dry like other exfoliators do, it moisturises as it exfoliates. Love it and you only need to use a tiny bit so it lasts for ages.
