Hey Nikki, I have been watching several of your videos now and I am always searching for some inspiration for workout etc. Just wanted to let you know that you REALLY ARE ONE INSPIRATION! You are so sympathetic and natural with whatever you are doing! Keep going!
Dry shampoo is probably the greatest invention everrrrr -- I made my own (since I have brown hair) with corn starch and cocoa powder, works like a charm ;) #justgirliethings :P
Mary Kate Ouuu I will have to try that! I'm naturally brunette, dyed redhead, so either way baby powder/dry shampoo gives my roots a white castover haha
somethingspecialxox I feel ya on that! I've found that the corn starch plus cocoa powder mix works really well -- the recipe I used says to do equal parts of each but depending on the darkness of your hair you could add more or less cocoa powder :) I tend to add more. I use a makeup brush to apply it and keep the mixture in a mason jar, you don't need too much! If you put a little too much on just take a normal hairbrush through your hair, that usually works for me!
Although I'm one of those "girlies" channels that enjoys doing the what's in my purse type videos, this was a fun video to watch as well! I started my journey to being healthier and more fit a couple years ago and haven't gone back since! :)
You are my biggest motivation for working out Nikki! You are so beautifull, funny, strong and healthy! I wish i could meet you, however, that would be quite impossible since im from Denmark! Keep up the good work Nikki and say hi from me to Christian! ❤️
I've never thought to bring my 3DS on the stairmaster with me! that's a great idea! I love all the gear you have; it makes me wanna go gym shopping :-)
Shout out to MCR and the Black Parade playing in the background! MCR is seriously 95% of my workout playlist and I've been working out for like 10 years now!😂
Great video Nikki. p.s. I also sometimes get dry scalp. My friend who is a naturopath told me that doing apple cider vinegar rinses helps restore your scalps alkalinity. I find it really does help. :)

Love the Lululemon backpack! I travel a lot and my old backpack is falling apart so need a new one for my laptop and stuff. Going to have to check out one like yours, I like how its organized. I just hope my male coworkers don’t start asking if I am going to also wear see-through stretchy yoga pants to work now too....ha!ha!
love your nails in this. I am binge watching your videos, I have 3 months before my second daughter is born so I am getting pumped to work out this Fall. we have an in home gym because I work from home and can't leave my house (I have a daycare) until after my last kid leaves at 7pm and yeah I am not going to go work out at night alone outside of my home.
I think you are supposed to leave the transmitter off the band when you aren't using it, or the battery will run out faster. I'm pretty sure I read that on my Polar when I got it anyways ;) Love the Lulu backpack!
Hey Nikki, get some Jaybird Bluebuds X (wireless earphones). I got some about 2 weeks ago, and they're really good! Sound great and good for the gym they don't fall off at all :P
This was fun to watch. The backpacks look so big. Would the "fanny pack" be ideal for vacations? Could it hold all the essentials for a day at the park for example?
i have a toothbrush and toothpaste! i hate working out with like, coffee breath or something! I also have two locks! (in case i lose one? bring a friend? because i'm neurotic? I have to keep my shoes in my bag, i use my "gym" shoes only in the gym (to keep them clean! to look snazz!) I also always have maxi pads and an extra scoop of protein and extra socks/underwear! and i ALWAYS put chapstick on before i work out, all that huffing and puffing and salty sweat always dries my lips out! I think preworkout dries my mouth out too. dunno :) cool vid
You have no idea how happy the 3DS with Pokemon made me haha I love that game! Getting a cross trainer at home soon so planning on playing while burning some calories :D

Do you want to be compared to one of your friends? Me and my friends have the same products or clothes sometimes. That doesn't mean anyone is copying anyone.
Ya I know, hence why I don't wash my hair every day. It dries out your hair and I have keratin so the more often I wash my hair the shorter my treatment lasts. It just doesn't look so great going on days 4 and 5 and 6 hahaha. But I don't care cause everyone I work with knows I live my life in the gym!! Lol
Did you never feel itchy body and desesperate with the C4? Because it happens to me one time and i don't know if it is normal or what? Can someone help me with that?
