I would highly recommend you to pack little ones clothes in small ziplock bags in outfits already to make it easy for the nurses so you don’t have to dig through your bag pulling pieces out. Just roll up the vest, socks, romper and hat and put it into a ziplock bag, one outfit per bag. Maybe make about 2/3bags for a 2/3day hospital stay. Also I know you’re probably going to have your own private room but try not to bring any valuables as there will be lots of people in and out of your room constantly throughout the day and night and it’s not the safest environment for your designer bags.
Hey mama🤍🌸 Mittens : Dischem Turbans : Ackermans, they look big but they fit well from newborn till 1 year maybe bigger And wash all her clothes and blankets and everything with baby detergent and pack a second receiving blanket. (You will want to use your own) And pack shower flip flops. 🤍your beautiful journey has begun🥹
For headbands check superbalist, Ackermans, pep and Mr price. For mittens check cotton on and clicks. Woolworths has the best nursing bras with very good support.
A massive congratulations Cynthia 🥰Blooms Pharmacy has a nipple cream that reeeeally helps with any pain and the potential onset of mastitis. I think they make it for you behind the counter. Mommy is right about the huggies extra care nappies, they truly are the best when it comes to anti leakage. I had wished they had a wider range for bigger babies tbh🥲 wishing you a safe delivery hunny🤗💕
It's the effort you made to look good for us for me, omw I couldn't even put cream after showering when I was close to my due date. Our very able and enthusiastic mom 2 b, am proud of you Cynth. May God continue to help u n the princess, can't wait.... 👌 👏

Hey Cynth Just a heads up, don’t unpack the premmie stuff, it might come in handy. My baby was born full term but a little under weight cause I also had hypertension, she was literally drowning in the newborn stuff. So when I left the hospital I had to head to the mall to get a couple premmie stuff which she wore for about a week or 2.

Definitely take the big towel for after birth for them to wrap her with it and a woolly hat is a must,if u can also take something for constipation cus jeez 😭😭it’s rough,safe delivery new mom to be ❤️❤️definitely extra sensitive will be good

Congratulations once again babe,we praying for a safe delivery for both you and baby. When it comes to pacifiers please pick 1 good one because babies are extremely fussy and chances are you will use that brand till she gets over it. I also suggest getting those vests with underneath support, I know pick n pay clothing currently has a sale for those because you are legit gonna live on those. Pack also a loose skirt coz leggings or pijamas are a definitely no area. It took me 2 days to recover from the pains because I was very active( my mom was a matron at that hospital so I'd often be up and down the hallways) so when they say get up and walk, please walk. also please don't forget mouthwash!!!
You can take all Pre-mature clothes back to Woolies and exchange for a bigger size. Even if you don’t have a slip as long it’s baby clothes and never worn they do take it back as long it’s their brand….
Buy XXL disposable maternity panties...I used them they fit very well...I'm also a big girl...during pregnancy I wore size 24/26..congratulations mommy n safe delivery ❤

Me too cute I love how you got leggings I also got leggings and a cute fit to come home needless to say after giving birth via C-section I came home with a gown .I could bearly wear undergourment let alone leggings. Gave birth 8weeks ago but good luck mama
