Hi Sarra. I just bought a caddy to organize my planner supplies. I want to have the EC coil like you have it (facing out/upwards), but I’m wondering if that’s damaged the tabs of the planner? Has your planner been okay with being in that position? TY!
I think it's great how you use planners. I now use planners for various things, as you give me good ideas. Also, I bought my daughter (27 years) a planner and she loves it.
Hey Sarra! I'm fixing to redo my planner shelf and my planner bag. Here's a tip. Use some of that Michaels paper pad to make new covers for those photo albums. I think those 'wedding' covers will slide out and you can put in whatever suits you. I know I can do that with the ones from WM & $Tree. Hope all is well. Hugs & Happy Planning!
OK, now I see why I can't find my stationary in my own room: variouse places every time! Absolutely great idea it is to actually have it all in the same place. Plus, lovely, cosy item!
Your wedding albums, I have and use those exact ones and I took out the cardboard, use it as a template cut and changed it out with scrapbook paper. I used the original cardboard for almost 2 years and about a few weeks ago I switched mine out. They are so much prettier on my shelf. Thanks for your video.
Thank you so very much for sharing. I will now be making a couple for myself. Apart from writing and planning, I am into several crafts, sewing being one of them. These would make ideal containers for craft projects. I get bored quite easily, so have to switch from project to project, so this would be a very practical and decorative solution, as I am also a believer in a place for everything and everything in its place. Love this! So organized😍 Just so you know, you can slide the cardstock covers out of those little photo albums and put in whatever pretty cardstock you want🙂
Not sure if you are already aware, but the Staedtler non-permanent markers are wet-erase, so you can use these on the EC covers etc too - I may be slow to the party, but I just figured this out this year, after looking for wet-erase markers here in Denmark for years... turns out I had some in my desk already 😅
I have heard people say this, but I am often highlighting data weeks after I tracked it, so that won't work for me! But it's a great suggestion if you are highlighting as you are writing!
So awesome! I had seen Julie’s and got a planner caddy the next day. I’m in the process of moving and construction on my new house so I don’t have a great space of my own yet. I didn’t get the exact same one, because this was cheaper and had larger measurements. I’m sorry not sorry that I have it stuffed to the gills! Also, spray bottle of water! Genius!
Lol. Love it. That’s so great. I got the tote that Sarah Martinez showed. I broke the wheels on the caddy taking it from room to room. Lol. I was using one of those grocery totes that you can get at Walmart but there weren’t any dividers or pockets.
I have been looking at different caddies over the 4 years of planning like yours. I just haven't really broke to buying one or haven't found one I'm in love with enough. With this video and how pretty well organized your caddy is I am going to break in after 4 years of planning they way we all do these days and I got one!! Hoping it works for me as well as it does you 😉 P.S. oh I think it's great not to put a ton in there all at once. I heard you say you wanted to use more of your supplies throughout the video. Changing out my supplies ever how often I would like to I can get use out of the ones I might not grab for as much (it's worth a try). So I have well let me just say one thing first that I have a love for stationary 🤭
Hey! You should be able to replace the photo album inserts with pictures or scrapbook paper of your own choosing 🤔 That’s what I’ve done 💕 TFS - Planner totes FTW 🙌🏻
I love the sturdiness of this caddy, especially the outside pockets. The other craft/planner caddy outside pockets gap open to much, causing my pens, scissors, etc, to fall out.
A few weeks ago, when I saw Julie's video this one was sold out and I bought the "Homey Grips" one instead. I was hoping it was the same nice quality and it is, and it was only about $19.
