HEY FRIENDS and welcome back to the theatre geekiness/goodness that is my channel! An happy #TheatreThursday! Today, I'm going to be going through my musical theatre rehearsal bag-- specifically what is in my bag for Evil Dead the Musical. I've got my La Duca Character shoes, some scrunchies, and some tide pens to help get the blood out. You know, just typical #TheatreKid things

My rehearsal bag: Script Notebook and pencil Water bottle Snack Phone Keys And usually some homework in case I have free time 😂 Not a very interesting list but that's what I bring! I'm currently playing Cecile Leroux in "Is He Dead?" by Mark Twain and it's so fun but very challenging!

On a break from musicals, but I normally have.... Snacks- good way to make friends Water bottle Tea-then I can make "where is the tea jokes" Character Shoes Jazz Shoes-you never know when you will need them Hair Ties Script/Libretto Pencils, Highlighters, Pens Money-for more food Theatre Binder-with extra paper, the calendar, etc. Homework Cards Phone Head Phones Phone Charger There is problaby more, I am just forgetting

I'm playing Kala in a production of Tarzan right now! My rehearsal bag is usually a mess but here's what I like to bring -A brush -Change of Clothes -*WATER BOTTLE* (i forgot once and I nearly died) -Oatmeal -my phone And all sorts of other fun stuff that just ends up in my bag somehow

Olivia Birnie wow, that’s awesome! I wanted to be mayzie, but I auditioned with Gertrude’s song, and ended up with a bird girl! 😆 don’t get me wrong, I’m glad I actually have a role, I just thought it was funny how I ended up being a bird girl as my role instead of what I wanted or what I auditioned with 😁

I love Six so much! I saw it for my birthday in December (even though my birthday is in January....technicalities) and it was amazing! I even got a friend into it and may be seeing it again for her birthday!

Yay!!!! Riverdale x Heathers: I'm pretty busy with rehearsal & life, so I didn't watch the episode. Not sure if I will. Six: I have gotten SO MANY recommendations for it! It's definitely on my radar & to-do list :)

@@Kath_Steele well when you watch the episode and listen to soundtrack there are 4 things you need to know: 1. The songs they use in the episode are Beautiful, Candy Store, Fight For Me, Big Fun, Dead Girl Walking, Our Love is God, Seventeen, Lifeboat and Seventeen (reprise) 2. For Candy Store, Big Fun and Dead Girl Walking they used to the school versions 3. Colo Sprouse (Jughead) sing and it was not just one line 4. Unlike last musical episode Casey Cott (Kevin) sing more

HI! I CAME AS FAST AS MY FINGERS COULD MOVE! I have a few things to say!!! I love you so much! And hopefully I can use your tips because I just had an audition for next to normal yesterday and it went incredibly well!!! callbacks are tomorrow!!! I haven’t gotten the email yet and I may or may not be freaking out- Natalie is a huge dreamrole of mine! Okay sorry I just needed to get that out of my system!!! Edit!! For those who care! I’m currently in the little mermaid,Chicago, and a mid summer nights dream. In my bag I have: - my 3 scripts - water bottle - characterization packets -pencils and pens -snacks - character shoes and jazz shoes - Hw for my downtime - also a brush,deodorant, phone and charger

My go to rehearsal bag is filled with!!! •my script and score! •a hair tie or two •cough drops! Alllways! •character or jazz shoes if I’m in a dancey show! •Highlighters, pencils and erasers! •my phone for the same reasons as you! •tampons and pads, just in case :) •water bottle •lip balm •a light jacket just in case! :D I hope this was helpful or maybe fun to read!!

My rehearsal bag normally has: - Script - score/Libretto - Notebook - a lot of pencils and highlighters, too many - chapstick (because my mouth gets rlly dry) - My water bottle - My jazz shoes - Hair ties/Bobbie pins/ scrunches, etc And so much random stuff i don’t even know

Literally the four things that have stayed constant in my theatre bag are a water bottle (his name is Carlos) my notes book, my phone, and a book. Everything else varies depending on the play I’m in. Currently I’m playing Lily in a production of The Giver.

OMG! Hearing you talk about Charity Pot Lotion made me so happy. My rehearsal bag is my backpack because our rehearsals are always right after school, but since it's my rehearsal bag too I always keep some snacks and my water bottle in my bag, as well as my script and cue book

Omg mine is more of a rehearsal suitcase. I bring my script, score, pencils, highlighters, character shoes, ballet shoes, jazz shoes, socks, a sweatshirt or jacket, spandex, makeup, chapstick, hairties, hairbrush, Bobby pins, scrunchies, water bottle, snack. I thinks that's it lol.

YESSSS SO HAPPY YOUR A LUSHY! If sweet scents are your thing I would definitely recommend the comforter bubble bar, cupcake face masks, American cream shower gel and conditioner, sleepy body lotion, twilight body spray, and for your honey likings, honey I washed the kids soap, it’s raining men shower gel, scruBEE and honey trap lip balm! So yea there’s my lush guide! LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH! 😘💙💙💙💙💙

this is my list: - script (to look over before i go on because nerves mess up my memory) - a granola bar - sour patch kids - steamer -phone and earbuds - a photo of my family - a photo of the oobc of heathers (show that got me obsessed with musicals) - bobby pins -scrunchies - pads (always have them with me no matter what) - my camera - mints - body mist and many stick of deodorant - makeup wipes - makeup - mini hair brush -journal and pen - WATER LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER

In my bag/basket for the show and tech week - Hair brush and comb (a must) - Clear hair ties and hair color hair ties - Snacks + money for more snacks - SO MUCH WATER - Caprisuns to boost my blood sugar - Character/Jazz shoes - Script - Base layer - Makeup - Toothbrush and mouthwash - Gum/mints - Coloring book in case i get bored - Pencils, tape, bandaids that’s it 😅

I feel you on the body spray... I was doing a show with a small cast (there were only about 7 girls) and on the night of our dress rehearsal, I brought in a brand new, FULL SIZED Bath and Bodyworks body spray and set it on a table in the dressing room for free use. By the end of our 5 performances, it was almost completely gone. RIP Warm Vanilla Sugar body spray. You served us well.

There’s a cleanser at Lush called Let The Good Times Roll, just like your shirt! Lush also makes mouthwash tabs which could be convenient for refreshing your breath when you’re at rehearsal and can’t carry a bottle of mouthwash around!

I'm currently playing Mrs. Lovett at my university (WITH NO INTERMISSION :O) so my rehearsal bag consists of: My rehearsal corset My character heels script and score (Obviously) pencil case full of many many colors of pens and extra pencils my trusty "notes" notebook mini first aid kid that was a gift from my director when I was in Noises Off! a HUGE water bottle so I can chug it in the 5 seconds I have offstage my backup DivaCup for emergency situations a snack of some kind a random assortment of extra clothes for layering as needed. I love your videos so much! Thank you for posting all this quality content!

QOTD: what (was) in my rehearsal bag 1. Nutella sandwich ( idk why but just NUTELLA ) 2. Script (I lost it during tech week though) 3. IPad or my nintendo switch 4. A Book 5. stage makeup 6.My current historical sewing project 7. headphones 8. homework 9. a ponytail holder (or 2 , or 3, or 4, or 5) 10. (I usually am wearing my leotard tights and ballet shoes ) so sweatpants, and a jacket 11.sewing thingrs 12.water bottle 13. Money ( for soda ) 14.notebook and drawing things 15. base costume And just the usual stuff that gathers in your personal bags (Bobby pins, lint , etc etc)

Acceptance letters are coming out soon for the show I auditioned for and I am soooooo pumped for rehearsals to start already (assuming I get in, of course!) and I love rehearsal bag videos. Usually, in my bag, I have pencils (our director is so insistent on pencils) script and score, shoes (if I'm dancing), water, something snacky or at least some sugar free sweets, various different teas, makeup, something warm to wear, aaaand my phone.

here’s what’s in my bag! phone script music multiple pencils (everyone forgets them😂) water bottle portable charger keys wallet character shoes (bloch cuban heels, pretty cheap as they’re my first pair) sweatpants and tank top (for dance) lip balm (honey trap from lush, HIGHLY recommend) scrunchie pretty much just the standard stuff but that’s what i bring :) right now i’m doing my high school’s musical theatre revue show (it’s a performance of songs from four different shows, this year we have addams family, kinky boots, kiss me kate, and nunsense), im playing nicola for kinky boots!!!

In my rehearsal bag, I have like 4 tins of Grethers Pastilles (the best losenges like ever), Jazz,character, and ballet shoes,my script, my HUGE 60oz hydro flask, my book, pencils, hair and makeup stuff and outfit, my earbuds,tea,Emergen-c, and my phone so I can warm up.lastly (lol) perfume and deodorant P.S. What I bring: Water bottle Scrunchie Snack Little perfume Deodorant Extra socks (I normally take my shoes off to learn a choreo) Sports bra Loose powder Headphones Charger Wallet with like $1 🤭 Script Pen Highlighter Pencil Tap shoes (for Newsies) Jacket Tampons Yoga pants (in case I have an event earlier and bring jeans, so I can just quickly change) I think it’s a lot but it actually fits perfectly in a little bag

Always in my rehearsal bag for every show: - Water bottle - Script/score - Character sheet - Hairbrush - Deodorant - Scrunchies - Ponytail - Bobbie pins - Ibuprofen - Period products In my rehearsal bag only sometimes/only for my current show: - Facial moisturizer - a LIFESAVER for my skin after taking off spirit gum - Chapstick - winter=chapped lips - Thermos - Tea-bags - there’s a kettle in the green room so I love to make tea for my voice at the theatre - Straws - I have a fake mustache some of the time in my current show show so I need a straw to be able to drink anything - Sports bra - I play a dude for like half of the show so I need to be able to change into a sports bra before into costume (although admittedly it barely makes a difference on me, you can still see em) - Cough drops - just when I’m sick (Ricola ftw)

I am a choreographer for a youth production. I have 3 bags that I take to rehearsals. I have my shoe bag containing 2 pairs of jazz shoes, ballet slippers, character heels, athletic shoes, tap shoes, and an extra pair of socks. I have a bag that literally just has my two rehearsal skirts. And then lastly I have my "bible bag" which carries my laptop, charger, phone, charger, my show bible, script, 3 pens, 2 pencils, hair ties, lip balm, asthma inhaler (bc asthma life is annoying), a few snacks, and then my water bottle.

My rehearsal bag (I'm currently playing Miranda in The Tempest): 2 Scripts (Folio & No Fear Shakespeare) Notebook Tank Top Lightweight sweatshirt Deodorant Perfume Lotion Meds/feminine products (just in case) Fuzzy socks Regular socks Foot Undeez (my "shoes" for the show) Band aids Pencil case Listerine strips Essential Oils Lip balm Granola bar and my rehearsal corset + water bottle (which I don't carry inside my bag so it doesn't spill) It all fits in a cute little canvas tote I have :) I don't know why, but I always love these types of videos!! xx

#QOTD I have my script, phone, charger, headphones, exzema cream, wallet, knee pads (depending on the action of the show), dance shoes, tap shoes (again, depending on the show), and deodorant. (If it has a material it is based on, and I own it, I bring that too.) Edit: OMG SENPAI NOTICED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

qotd: what’s in your rehearsal bag? i’m not in a show currently, but my production of high school musical (im playing gabriella) is coming up in january and i’m working on getting bag together right now!! •script •pencil •journal •monologue book •ricola cough drops •my gallon water bottle lol •my character shoes •a first aid kit •snacks (granola, protein bars, an apple) •hair ties and scrunches •pads, tampons, and midol •tylenol and ibuprofen •a change of clothes •a hair brush •aaaand lastly tea bags!!
