Good video. Surprised you're not hitting the 52* much, for years the advice was to not go too high on the loft around the green. The Takomo's (and many other new DTC Brands) are so pretty/stylish. Bold move on the TP roll in the bag, good to be ready for an unexpected emergency. Cheers.

Got the Takomo 101's and skyforger wedges about 6 months ago and they are truly the best clubs I've ever hit, makes the game so much more enjoyable. Ditched my Calloway's and I've gone from a hacking inconsistent 18 handicap to a solid 15 hitting pure crispy iron shots, my goal is to break 80 this year. I agree with you on the 4-5 irons, still finding them difficult to hit so I reach for my hybrids more often than not for the longer shots.

Shoutout to that Ping G425 3 wood - absolute beast of a club in all conditions, couldn't care less that it spins too much and goes high. Spin to win stays in play and goes a mile, cuts through the wind but stays on the fair way and holds greens.

Michelin Man 😂 Same here bro. Jumping on my exercise bike actually and this is the video I'm watching. I just did a shake up in my bag. Got rid of my 4-7iron Apex 21's and added Apex 23* hybrid with recoil F4 tip trimmed extra 1/2", Apex DCB 6 and 7i with the PX 6.O soft stepped 1x from 5-6 of other heads. Also added a Sub70 699U 2i. I had only got this for tee shots but turns out I can hit an absolute ripper of a punch cut. Great for getting out of jail. Pro tip, baby wipes. I have a painting business so ya I gotta go outdoors a lot. My motto is anything is better than sh!tting your pants.

I like them. I am up to eight sets of Staffs now with the 1981 fg-17s being the newest. February was Staff month. January was Hogan month. Before that was Mac Gregor month. Maybe next month will be 1930s and 40s Walter Hagen.
