What's inside a HCMF LOCO 7" canister shell firework? 

Well there is a 4" loco shell too so making a 5" wouldn't market well so what did they do? Bigger is better! Except in this case. Should have made 1 product...5" packed 4/24 like you said and stuffed em full.

​@rapidoxidation The silly thing is most pyros already know the size of can doesn't matter. It's the average consumer who is clueless and not many of them buy stuff like this.

KAGs are great especially for 4/24 packed and decent price!

The hammer is another good 5"shell

I was just talking to a friend about this today, because I noticed that some of the shells I have that are lower in weight seem to hit harder than heavier shells from different brands.

Trying to track some down. Some product is easier to get than others.

The tails on the LOCO are pretty sick at least. Rambo is still a tried and true thumper for cheaper that's for sure.

@@rapidoxidation Every time we shoot canisters 50 to 100 boom cans get burned. Price matters & at that point its hard to pick out one being louder. But I do respect there hustle everyone is crazy for the latest & greatest. Love your channel have a great 4th!!

@@wolfsvision940 same, in my 4th show I shoot 75 noise cans and the majority are good 4" packed 4/24 for the price then towards the finale we put in the bigger cans like Kongs, Rambo, and this year GB. I will say Im getting a case of the LOCO just for the tails in a part of my show because they look great and are still loud enough to earn a spot.

@@wolfsvision940Rambo’s by far best bang for your buck when it comes to the boom cans. KAG’s were pretty good for value too being a 4/24. Curious to see more on the poltergeist cans.

There is far more to shooting 1.3 than just a license. You need storage or contingency storage. Then most cities/counties/municipalities require a permit and sometimes insurance for every single time you shoot 1.3. Having the license rarely gives you the freedom to shoot 1.3 whenever and wherever you want.

@rapidoxidation agreed I shoot 1.3g all the time & have my own storage & live in a huge city. There isn't much to it if you are using it for personal use. If you are putting on shows or events, then yeah, you need to check what your state laws and local laws are. Other than that, as long as you are following all the laws, are safe & use your common sense like don't buy at 16, 18, or 24 inch shell & set it off in your neighborhood, you will be just fine. there isn't much to shooting 1.3g I have had my license & permit for 1.3g for 12 years now. ATF shows up for surprise visits when your license & permit are going to expire. I never had any issues with them as I kept clean records of everything. I encourage everyone that is interested in pyro to get their Type 54.

​@@Element_115_The only thing is 1.3 you have to keep track of everything you shoot off the date and time you shot it how many you shot and what's left in your storage magazine it can be a pain and people would rather not deal with all of that just to have a little fun

​@@bethanyhaskiell9116I have had my 1.3g license & permit for 20 years now. It really is not all that difficult to keep records, ATF looks at invoices & to make things easier is you can do electronic record keeping. Super easy to do. But to each their own.

Slightly but these don't suck...they have the same composition amounts as Kongs, Rambos, Anarchy, and Darkside. The kicker is the LOCO shells are far more expensive.

How much lift

@@jophey1 only a difference of 0.3 on average. Both shells having about 9.3 to 9.5 grams.

Why would you need that much lift for a 10g report

@@jophey1 that's what I'm saying you think that it's only 10 g but it sounds like a 100 g the powder is extremely dark and it goes off if you even put a flame near it the other white aluminum powder you can actually touch the flame to before it pops I think that is the difference between 1.3 and 1.4
