My boy got swag off the charts. Low key I used to buy mlb the show just to create a player and give myself all the dopest accessories 😂😂 this guy here is going places
What you mean use to??? I still do that shit ( gotta fire up an older MLB the Show if you want drip so hard the neighbors think all your faucets are broken). But you can still get fresh on the newer shows hell might even be able to win a Swag team title or three
@@FrankBeingFrank 😂😂😂 you’re so right bro let me correct myself, I still do this to this day 😂😂 I have mlb 20 on my PS4 and have 2 created players on the A’s
the entire travel scene is so much different now. every good and competitive travel team is flying players out from all over and having them play for free… even the bulls are flying out kids from all over
I will say 80% of the bulls were Indiana players but yes. The main team I am shooting for is the Dirtbags National Based out of North Carolina, and 15% of their team is from out of state but only virginia. If very competitive to get on good teams now a days. Its a wild time.
These hater comments are craaazy. What makes you think that Vanderbilt, and bat companies, would be interested in a bad player. Good for you young man best of luck.
Guys just because you aren’t good like him doesn’t mean you gotta hate on all the work he puts in every single day (I’m not good at baseball but I respect him he puts in the work and didn’t give up) also he gets most of his stuff for free
Young man take your glasses off when you speak to people the shows respect and appreciation and I do think you're a great young man that's why I'm telling you this best of luck in your career I know you will go far
Yep-I remember making fun of those “Hollywood” types…but baseball is such a rich kid’s game now and needs to be facilitated by a supportive family. Mom and Dad should be thanked everyday.
@@drizzle452 I’m glad parents get there kids in it. Keeps them smart and disciplined stays out of trouble. But yes need the $$$ to get to a high level competition.
jorgé posada did it with no batting gloves. wish these kids would be more humble. see to many people caught up in what batting gloves are cool, what sunglasses, etc. what happened to a pair of sweatpants and a team t-shirt and hat? these "look at me" facebook times are doing our young men no good. bunch of bobby dazzlers
no offense but I can guarantee even without all that new and fancy baseball equipment I am not far behind your baseball abilities with my bat and mitt from the 90s guaranteed
Oh So your just uneducated. Got it. Lol he got 90% of that for free for being as good as he is. When you are a top 5 mlb draft pick most companies throw products at you in high school for hopes you will sign to them when you get signed.
@@nofurtherwest3474because if he didn’t get drafted he would have been going to college at Vanderbilt so he was committed there if he didn’t he drafted
Bro it’s crazy seeing you as a little kid when I played football with your brother and now your going to vandy might have to come watch you sense I’m in Clarksville
Oh lol this is 17U baseball. I mainly only shoot Travel/High School Ball with Top Prospects. This team had Max Clark who is projected top 3 in the draft this year.
@@ShotByHype oh okay got you... my fault , when you said big org. I was thinking double a or something.. So it’s just like a travel team? Let me know because I’m curious I’m from nap town and I’m down to support anything Indiana wise .
Every kid, these days, that get groomed into these big programs, come from wealthy families. $300 gloves and $200 shades are just the norm, with all that daddy's money. On top of that, with new NIL rules, they're getting sponsorships and tons of other ways to make money.
I may be a boomer, but what the hell do you need sliding mits for? I played little league through college and never broke fingers, or witnessed anyone break any fingers.
@@jimbojones9118 that as well. Its used for all around protection. I’ve seen both Hands get stepped on, and fingers jammed multiple times at tournaments. Plus I think they look cool in photos.
I’m 40 years old. It weird seeing how these young ball players represent themselves. When I was a young kid in the 80s and early 90s all the MLB guys were wearing these big sun glasses and bright colors and now the young generation is doing it. I guess my gen was a bunch of nerds because we were all about the basic colors and hiking up the pant legs with striped socks. All the extra gear too, we just had glasses and batting gloves now these kids suit up like they are going into battle, kinda weak actually. Go Pokes baseball
75%+ of the MLB uses them, and 95%+ of the High School Players use them. Very weird that your generation (im guessing you are in your 40’s-50’s) is so concerned with guys protecting their hands. Genuine question. And dont use the phrase well “Back in my day…” because sports progress and change like everything else
