Welcome to the American Express Centurion Lounge at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)! Join Chris and Steven on a full walkthrough and review of the Phoenix Centurion airport lounge, located in Terminal 4 across from Gate B22.
The PHX Centurion Lounge is one of the smaller airport lounges Amex currently has but is still respectable at 9,500 square feet. The airport lounge at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) was fairly crowded during our afternoon visit. Even with the other guests, we were still able to sit back and relax while enjoying the complimentary food and several rounds of drinks, AND film a full walkthrough, review, and tour of the lounge. That said, the amenities are rather limited due to the smaller size of the lounge. This lounge lacks any notable amenities, such as the Equinox Body Lab found at the JFK Centurion Lounge or the spa amenities of the MIA Centurion Lounges. The PHX Centurion Lounge lacks even a private meeting room, which is common across almost all Centurion Lounges. The PHX Centurion Lounge is comparable to the PHL Centurion Lounge in terms of amenities. However, it's worth noting that the PHX Centurion Lounge even lacks showers. Despite these shortcomings, full food and bar services were still available despite the pandemic. The Phoenix Centurion Lounge offers a comprehensive list of cocktails that were developed by one of the nation's top mixologists, Jim Meehan. Not feeling like a cocktail in the lounge?
