Ahhh you’ve made my child’s day 🥰 Just ordered one for my very Plant and Rare Plant Shop obsessed 13 year old son. He has made several expensive plant wish lists since discovering your channel on here 😂
I love this rescue box option so much! I'm glad you're trying it out in the USA as well because you have a lot of fans over here who would love to support you. ❤
Omg I am also guilty of getting a philodendron bipennifolium with a random speckle in hopes that it turned out variegated 🤣 It’s continued to have adorable speckles every couple of leaves, but variegation isn’t very impressive if you have to circle it in pictures lol
I am SO EXCITED you're part of the Rescue Box initiative. Been doing it here in the states for about a year and a half and it's been such a rewarding thing to do for business!
I just got my plants and I am happy to say that I got one of the top 3 that I wanted, the billietiae. I also got a beautiful moonlight, I already have one but I love it still. The last was a lupinum and I am not mad it, he'll do. Thank you again xxx
🖤 crossing everything for a Gigas..way to close a name to my favourite artist GIGER and I'm a sucker for philodendron. The Florida ghost and any other philodendron (hopefully dark) will be in my UK rescue box. Will definitely help perk them up with the Nurture system 🖤.. it's working wonders with my other philodendron and monstera. Thankyou kaylee.
Yes I'm in the states and McColleys are pretty easily accessible. I have one and they start out a beautiful orange/amber to dark red until they harden off green! Awesome plant!
Good morning Kaylee! Or what ever time it is over there! I've bought a couple rescue boxes and had mostly good luck rehabbing the plants! Only one I finally gave up and passed on to someone else were 6 hoya rope nubs that just absolutely refused to grow roots in the months I tried! Finally I just sent them on to someone else who was happy to try as a freebie :)
Very happy with my box that arrived yesterday, biliatae looks full and healthy, really liking the little philodendron moonlight too. Also got some kind of trailing philodendron, might be micans but i am not sure as i don't have any! All very healthy and pest free as far as i can see .
Absolutely lovely. I really like the Syngonium Green Ghost, which is odd cause I'm kind of out of love with Syngonium. Anyway. Can you please do a video on orchids? Are your jewel orchids still alive? Have you tried any other orchids? I did say I'm gonna comment on all of your new vids until you notice it. 😂
Thank you, I’ve been on the fence about getting a box and this video really helped me decide - obviously I bought one and am looking forward to finding out what I get.
Speaking of gigas, what do they want in life? Cant't find a care guide anywhere and my own seems to only feel good when rooting as a cutting in an aquarium.
Purchased one having not seen this video, nor was I even aware that TRPS was ran by a RU-vidr. I got what looks like wholesale overstock 3x perfectly fine plants, not rescues, of which were worth less than the price I paid... Looks like others got that too.
Rumour has it these are plants sourced cheap from the Netherlands Greenhouses. It looks like Kaylee has chopped them all up, cleaned off the roots (they come in much denser foliage than this) and is flipping them as "surplus stock". Terrible ethics for maximum profit as usual. I have also heard the Delta Force she was selling for nearly a £1000 was not directly off her plant as claimed but tissue culture. She lied in that video too. Disgusting.
I simply can not order more plants after this summer. 🤣 But I will put in a good word for Florida ghosts. There’s absolutely no reason mine should be alive. But it is. Last winter was rough. 😭 I barely watered it but it made a full recovery over the summer and is gorgeous now! That plant is tough as nails. Is it just me or does the Mccolley’s philo look a little like Swiss chard? 😅
9:30 I call that variegation marbled, lol. It does seem rare in hederaceum. Unlike ‘Brasil’, which is more of a stable, natural coloration or leaf markings. Marbled, swirled variegation, or “splashing”, seems to be the rarest occurrence across plants, unless of course you’re talking about _E. aureum_ ‘Marble Queen’. Just recently on Etsy someone sold some Micans with pink marbling variegation, never saw that before!
Loving the mystery boxes video . We just had our first snow here in Denver Co so I will not be participating in ordering a box plus the losing to fees. Loving the nod to the beverage. If only everyone could. Asking if I could get you back to videos of your likes. I remember your not into vines but they are my favorite. I live in the woods and my land hasn't been fire cleared so I have to make stick piles. My solution for not just using it for firewood I started making stick backing shelves and I hang or rap my vines. Pothos, scindapsus and philodendron. I know you haven't done any succulent or cactus. Goodness you could do a here's all my lime colors and here is my red backs plus we got the purples or pinks. Walla here's a rainbow of plant colors. That choco red with a mincans because of the red backs. Who wants to matching match. You know more then me and you may have it in stock to be able to tell easy care or not. I hope you and the kitties are doing well. Please and thank you.
I'm so sorry I forgot. Sansevieria, bulbous kind of plants, geez there's so many types of plants. Then what about the types of plants make you think of Valentine's Day other then a long stem Rose or Christmas other then holly. I remember the spooky and alien was the other day. I told a customer the other day about the squid plant. Didn't know anything about that one. You show me things that can be a could be. Please and thank you.
I’ve been a plant parent for years and I haven’t gotten excited about new plants for a while, but this rescue box got my attention! I’m Im in the US because it makes it easier to tell myself NO to these amazing rescue boxes!!! 😭😂
I was so tempted to order the international box! But then realised the shipping to Germany is the same amount as the price of th box. So a £65 rescue box would cost me £130 😮 no way...
To my country (Finland) there would also be a plant inspection fee of 186 euros on top of that! So, plants + shipping + inspection = way too expensive💸💸💸
@@KayleeEllenOfficial yes, it really is a pity but I completely understand the decision of keeping it in the UK, especially now that I've seen the cost of shipping outside of it.
Who in the UK will buy me a UK box and then ship to me 😂 just kidding. Thanks for sharing the plant love Kaylee also rescue boxes should totally be at your own risk, it’s very nice of you to still uphold your refund policy!
