I think you can walk all along that mountain ridge where you were at the antennas: at least in the inland direction. I'm going to give it a go with my mountain bike one of these days.

I tried driving to Campo Sol from Benalmadena in January in a rented car to see would I come across you. But after 4 hours sauntering along the coast and getting caught up in traffic in the the first two towns after Malaga, the wife started asking "how much longer" ? So I had to turn back, even though we'd packed overnight things. Will be more determined next time. Back in sunny Dublin now.
