Strongly disagree coming from a family which prioritised career over family. We had money growing up but I never had any quality time with either of my parents. They were always at work in the evenings and weekends and as a result I don't have a bond with either. Went to childcare before I was old enough to be in the house alone. I would never go to either of them if I had any problems, then or now. I would've 100% rather spend my childhood living in a minimum wage household but actually spend time with my parents than live in a household with money but no relationship with them because they were always at work.

I have 2 year old twin girls and when they was born one of them was having difficulty breathing alone for 30 mins, it was so scary. I couldnt imagine walking out that hospital without one of them. They are completely inseparable. Heart goes out to her and her loss

At the end the poor family spend all of their £1000 per week disposal income. £500 of that was spent on expensive toys. Then before they went home they used the rich families credit card to buy all 9 of them passports. If I'm not wrong, passports are roughly £90 each. They had over £1000 per week disposal income but yet still ended up using credit. That tells you alot about them. The rich family had money left over... That says it all 🙊

@@joe_hyde how if the majority is going out to pay for someone else to raise ur kids. If you're coming home with barely anything at the end of a month I dont see why that would be worth it. My husband works abroad months at a time, I havnt worked in 10 years nearly because with paying out for childcare I'd have nothing left. I'd rather be able to be with my kids, if it's possible as I know not everyone is that lucky

That's not just a normal fish tank, that's tropical fish tank. Unlike freshwater fish those are incredibly expensive to keep let alone buy. They also take a lot of upkeep. What are they thinking?? They only bring in £8.50/hour.

For extra cash the mum could try do a small business from home or something just to add to the money situation. I like how she worked for her money, she would have struggled at times. Why? Poor people shouldn't have nothing just because they are poor. Selling the xbox won't do anything in the long run.
