What's My Day Like At A Top International Badminton School?

So in this video I take you through what a typical day looks like at Banthongyord Badminton School, a top badminton academy most famous for being the training grounds of former women singles Ratchanok Intanon.
Outside of different workout programs or training schedules, this is what my life looks like 6 days of the week, with Monday (our rest day) looking like just work, recovery, and eating haha!

Seems enjoyable but also difficult. Don't think a average badminton player knows about the amount of nutrients, protein and overall diet requirement for playing this intense game at a good level.

It's a good school open to everyone. There are highschools focused on badminton in Japan, there are so many good players from those schools. They stay in dormitory and practice all day. Maybe study less.

Why do you waste all your money training in badminton when you're out of shape and suck at badminton? Seems like a waste of time to me, you're never gonna be able to make this into your career. I wonder why you don't spend all this time and money doing something you're good at, while keeping badminton as a casual hobby?
