There are many route to implementing ISO 37301:2021 - It is not possible to give a full answer as I don't have full knowledge of your company's situation. Many organisations prefer to employ a consultant, others may have in-house resources that can take the requirements and convert them into the documents and records for the Compliance Management System. Initially, it is, often, beneficial to review your company's current status against the requirements & identify any gaps for further development work.
