@@mrsj1417 I mean, I like his stuff, but I get why you would think it's unfunny. I guess that's true to everything in life, nothing will be loved by everyone, and that's cool!
You know for years scientists have wondered... Can you make grown men and women weep tears of joy by playing Tom Jones' "It's not unusual"? And the answer is... YES YOU CAN As long as it's proceeded by seven "What's New Pussycat's"
A real fabulous show saw it 5 times such a joyful uplifting comical and emotionally charged evening one of the best nights in a theatre for years ! Truly deserved a longer life and a west end transfer ❤❤❤❤❤
Just came back from seeing the show - WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY - SOO MUCH TALENT AND ENTERTAINMENT, THE SINGING, DANCING, THE STAGE PREP WAS RIVETING - THIS IS WEEK WORTH A VISIT - I BOOKED MY TICKETS TO SEE IT AGAIN AND TOLD ANY ONE AND EVERY ONE TO GO - THANK YOU GUYS AT THE REP ALSO.
Hmm, grew up in the 60's not anxious to repeat that particular decade thank you very much. HOWEVER, the story of Tom Jones with music from Sir Tom Jones' catalog does sound interesting.
I love Tom Jones music but after the west end live performance. I think I’ll give it a miss. Looks dreadful. There’s a reason it’s premiering in Birmingham.
