1) It’s impossible to make everyone happy all the time 2) it’s YOUR ride. You put what YOU want on it. Personally, I’m curious about it and would like to see your honest opinion of it. I’m hoping Indian puts out a digital gauge like on the chief. Fork upgrades would be sweet to see. Would also love to hear your opinion on the difference it makes and if it’d be worth it.

when it comes to tach and other things, what matters is is that its an option. Noone is forcing anybody to put anything on their bike, so people should stop being angry at everything they see. What matters is that there are options for some people to enjoy, and others to ignore.

Big bore kit, also F people that say you don’t need a tach. They’re simpletons. My Ram truck with diesel is an automatic but I monitor the tachometer as much as any gauge. A good operator monitors gauges to keep track of their machine operation. Of course feel, sound, etc are all just as important, but I consider a tachometer a must have on my vehicles. For me the included digital tach is sufficient, but the new analogy gauge would be better.

I'd love to see a forks & fat wheel upgrade !

I bought my 2021 Scout Bobber because of its sound with a nice exhaust line, but also because it's very analog with minimal electronics. The moment I saw the analog tachymeter on the new one, I immediately asked my dealership if it would be compatible with the 2021 model because I'd definitely love one, and they said no, but I'm pretty sure it's to avoid getting waves of people trying to get the dealership to put them on their old bikes rather than it being actually not compatible. And maybe for supply chain issues, I don't think they're very keen on letting parts of the new year model bike for people to buy separately, maybe it's already hard for Polaris to get these parts for 2022 models already.

I'm torn about the big bore kit, myself. They claim it's a 30% increase in power but that's with a tuner and aftermarket intake installed with it. I'm really curious about how much it ACTUALLY adds just by itself.

Nice ride, it's your bike, you want a tach then add the tach, I get sick of the peeps that carry on about it's not right to do this or that to a bobber. Idc, if I want curb feelers I'm putting on curb feelers because it's mine and I paid for it and I will do what I want, lol.
