A fisheries tag.

i actually somehow graduated college for aquaculture, go figure.....and that sir in my opinion is the result of a great blue heron. Ive seen that same wound too many times here in Onterrible. They are like wolves, there is no off switch.

It’s a “Tracker Tag”. They also clipped a small section from its tail in the event if the tag were to be dislodged from its body, it would still be identified as a tagged specimen. Kool footage 👀. Thanks 👍👍😎

Im no expert but I think its a floy tag. I cant tell if it has a clipped adipose fin but that would indicate it is from a hatchery farm . They can be tagged wild as well. Just my honest opinion take from it what you will or leave it. ❤❤❤

When I first saw it on your other video I figured it was possibly attacked by a eagle or Osprey they tried to grab it and just tore part of the back and sort of folded a chunk open

I've heard of incidents where if you catch a tagged fish you can claim a prize according to the information on that particular tag. Might have been a major televised fishing tournament or something.

It got shot by an arrow steve,like your moose he spit it back out. The arrow must of been pretty sharp, looks like it scraped it down the back to it's tail.
