This is NUTS! I bought a "manager's special" at an online auction, and when I show up to the facility I find that it's nearly all cleared out. The whole row of units are empty and open... except for the one I bought What's up with that? As I soon find out, this adventure has many surprises... and profit!

The eucalyptus oil is awesome. I suffer from severe back issues and I use the oil 2-3 times a week by just adding a couple of drops to a hot bath and it allows the heat to pennate deep into your muscles. Very therapeutic give it a try

The name of the items to arrange flowers is a flower frog. The mat that was in the box with the glue gun was for resting the glue gun on while working so if the gun dropped it would drip on the plastic

That green & white Buddha is Hotei (The Laughing Buddha), one of the 7 gods of luck in Japanese culture. He carries a sack full of gifts and represents good fortune. It could be resin if it's not jade. Very cool!

The metal cat sculpture was sold by several different stores. I have one, came from a local store here in South Central Pennsylvania called Joann's. They sell fabric, sewing supplies, etc.

The flower holders(sometimes called frogs) are called Kenzan in traditional Japanese flower arranging. I studied O'hara style while living in Los Angeles. The larger older kenzan might be worth some $.

Tupperware has a high resale value as it is Guaranteed for life against chipping, breaking etc. I have heard of people that get it at yard sales even broken pieces and get it 100% replaced. As a previous manager I do know that Tupperware is still pricey due to the guarantee and that TW is clean!!

On music, it’s not always the ones you think are worth something. I used to have a collectibles business & I was always amazed at what people wanted & why. Sometimes the cover is what has value if it’s decent. I didn’t see anything that set off spidey senses in this stuff, but I haven’t sold anything in about a decade.

I wouldn’t be able to help myself I would have to try to return the pictures. Memories are priceless and irreplaceable. She might be elderly and couldn’t lift or haul like you said but I believe she could probably handle a few boxes with photos.

Just started watching your videos, Noticed that you bring the same trailer you use to your flea markets. You should install a campers awning on it to help with shade during the stay at flea markets and when you videoing at the storage units. It will give you more room and light, will also help with light rain.

The silicone mat is to rest the glue gun on when plugged in. It keeps the glue drips from getting on whatever you have the gun sitting on.

Great video !! I bought a lien unit that was posted for the second time and when I went for it i found out someone bought it and left the scraps. BEWARE OF THOSE UNITS , THERE NOT LIEN UNITS IF SOMEONE GOES THROUGH THEM .

That sucks. That happened here recently with a unit I was bidding on but didn't win. The winner cherry picked it and left it, so they re-listed but it had been pillaged so I wasn't interested. But they listed it as "manager's special" the second time; it is definitely not cool to list it as a lien the second time.

I noticed some things where missing from the first time the room was posted but since they had it as a lien unit I bid and won it for 50 , the Good News still made around 150 in profit for around 14 hours of work but learning a lesson is PRICELESS 😁

Still crushed and still hurts but I was recently robbed jewlery by a nephew that went to help me load a unit I won , let him walk off with a box me thinking it was games or toys later to find out money is falling off the skies for him . Been trying to get through it but it's been a rough 8 months. And after 6 months to try and get back on the horse I buy that unit 🤣🤣 when it rains it pours

Those wood block are cedar you put them in your closet. After a while if they lose that cedar smell you just sand them a bit. You can also put them in your sweater or sock drawer.

Funnily enough, the white spots on the back of the Tigers ears are a real thing! Some Tigers have them to warn of predators, yes not much would prey on Tigers, but supposedly it's to look like eyes in the back of their head 😂

The cat flowerpot stand was cute. I can see why you would like to keep it. Luna would disapprove though as SHE is the cat in your home, not some METAL THING! You always give me a laugh with your commentary while watching your excitement going through boxes and totes. The lady should have come back for her family photos and scrapbook items. She may regret not keeping those as she gets older and the family is no longer there.

I really think you should still try and return those photos as the owner may have just forgot about them also they are someone's family history so may be other members of the family would be interested in them. There is a lot of photos in them boxes and once they are gone they are gone forever.

I don’t think you understood the premise here. The owner didn’t lose this locker, they willingly surrendered it. They were never locked out of it, they could have come and got them at any point. All I would be doing would be returning the photos to the office, and next step is the owner would be called to come and get it. I hope that clarification helps you understand the situation.

LOL on the Liberator comment...I've seen ads, too, in various places. That looked new. I'm guessing someone would use it if they're not past their prime, but have some movement limitations, like back or shoulder problems, now that I'm thinking about it, and using my imagination. I definitely wouldn't want a used one, but if that were the case for me, there's no shame in a new one.

Even though ur not supposed to or dont have to return the photos I still wouldnt be able to throw away years of someone's photos unless I heard them say they dont want them myself. Life happens and people get behind on bills and all that stuff is replaceable except for the photos. Breaks my heart
