Ayos! 🤙🏻💯 Keep it up ho and more power! 💯
On street roads like metro manila where the roads are a mix of good condition cement, fair asphalt surface, some potholes, and a few roads that are still dirt with some rocks, the gravel bike especially, with aluminum frame set with a carbon fork and or even better a super light carbon frame set with SL fork would be the better bike of choice for long rides like bike to work or commute and weekend long distance travel rides. It's a hands down choice over a premium mtb bike. It's great at climbing hills because the rear cassette can go up to a 50 tooth gear which will handle as steep a hill in the Philippines and a 700X40c tires will be more than capable handling rough dirt roads or trails. However, the gravel bike is not meant for jumping. The gravel bike is exactly what it is; roads that change to dirt and gravel and back to asphalt or concrete is what it's meant for than a mountain bike basically designed trail roads or no road. The mtb bike is heavier especially, if the frame is steel. Here in California where I live, all the street roads are mostly asphalt, the preferred bike would be a road bike hands down because even a steel road bike is lighter than a steel frame mtb bike and therefore, less tiring to pedal. Mtb bike are mostly used on trails where it's rougher with dirt and rock type trails and with jumping over on the trail road is normal, an mtb bike with full suspension is the preferred bike ride. I don't have a gravel bike for that reason. I have two mtb bikes that never touched a trail road because I don't like driving to a distant location just to ride on trails and around trees whereas, I pull out my Trek carbon bike with carbon wheels out of the garage and I can ride 30-60 miles (60-100kms) beginning from my garage. I considered purchasing a gravel bike with a SL carbon frame but decided not to buy it because I would not have much use for it. But in the Philippines, a light gravel bike, especially, with a carbon frame, would be my choice of bike for riding all the way to Baguio City if the lockdown there is ever removed. So in the Philippines a lightweight gravel bike would be a much better choice of a bike for those who can afford one and I'm sure the more they become more popular and more in demand, the availability and pricing will eventually be more affordable and the prices will come down.
I enjoyed the intro, sobrang dami nga ng bike ngayon nakakahilo 😅. I also enjoy the commentary and humor 😂. Kudos to you and your Channel. You earned my sub!
At the moment, I'm impressed with your value content. At mukang maaddict pa ko sa channel na to thank you thank you!
Finally! The long wait is over!
finally a great video regarding gravel bike sa Pilipinas. using a rigid MTB 26er since 2009, these days pag nasa bike shop tawag na sa bike ko ay gravel bike.
Here's the reason why I sold my MTB and built a gravel bike (can't keep both, due to wife acceptance factor😉.) I had the realization that most, if not all of my rides on my MTB are on tarmac/paved roads. Logically, I needed a bike that is more efficient on roads than an MTB but still not as aggressive a geometry as a road bike and not as harsh-riding as a road bike. A good compromise is a gravel bike, it's a no-brainer really. Having to ride on dirt roads from time to time is a welcome bonus. 😊
Hello sir, what gravel bike frame po did you use and groupset? I have an hardtail mtb also and its too bulky due to the tiresize and handlebar also hindi nako nagttrails
Thank you po for being a very humble and nice content creator po. Hindi inaatupag ang profit. Very humbling po especually to young people that watches you po. Salamat!
Galing ng review..para sakin recommend ko ang gravel bike para sa mga tao gusto ng bike na pwede gamitin yung bike sa lubak,sa road, pang bike packing, long ride..a bike that can do a little bit of everything...

I have an MTB and thinking about building a Gravel or Cyclocross or Roadbike out of curiosity.... this answer some of my questions and getting more ideas what bike should I get ... LOOKING FORWARD SA NEXT VIDEO ABOUT GRAVEL ... RIDE SAFE AND GOD BLESS...
Nice vid content idol! Very timely and relevant kasi tulad ko na nag sawa na sa trail, napapaisip ako mag switch to gravel from mtb since long ride type of guy ako. Auto subscribe kasi quality content 💯
Kasi alam ko may mapupulot akong information about sa new found hobby ko. Good Job Ser!
Wow, this is very interesting and informative. Nasagot nito yung mga tanong ko since I am thinking of moving to gravel bike from using mtb. Mukhang may mabi-binge watch ako!! Nice shirt and socks din po! 🚴

I've ridden MTB (XC) for years and also rode Fixed for a few months. MTB XC all around talaga long ride ahon lusong patag training no problem. Nasa lakas ng rider, physically and mentally.
Boss! Keep your mountain bike for trails, lalo't mukhang nagte-technical riding kayo. Ibang discipline mountain biking at di lahat may lakas ng loob gawin yun. Pero gravel bikes will take you farther faster. Check mo then 1x groupsets ng MicroShift, mas mura.
ayos.
Very nice content sir. Easy to follow!
Salamat sa review sa gravel bikes, i'm planning to get one in the near future pero medyo nagbago na isip ko since naka mtb naman ako haha.
I bought a gravel bike because I want to simplfy my collection, bought 2 wheelset nlng. One is for light trails and one for the road. I dont really do downhills so a gravel bike is enough for me.
Very informative video as always paps! Haha more power sa channel mo! Bagong youtuber din ako pero more on trail rides palang hehe 🤙
Dadami din kaming mga ka-unlipaps sir keep up the goodwork! Sana makita kita in person someday!
LAKAS MO TLAGA SIR UNLI UPGRADE! PAG IKAW GUMAWA NANG VIDEO DI AKO NAUUMAY MAGHINTAY NANG VIDEO KAHIT ANTAGAL TALAGA WAHAHAHA MORE POWERS AND VIDEOS TO COME
solid! bike to work ako 34 km balikan gamit japanese bike and planning ako now na bumili gn bagong communter bike and choice ko po iyang sunpeed kepler :) Keep it up sir!
Thank you for making that decision for me. Ride safe, mate!
Kuya Good day po. Abangan ko po next video niyo. Lahat premise mo base from investigation nakatulong saken haha!
Quality Content. Feel a little inspired with this to create bike related films.
Thanks for the content.👍👍👍...
In short, di pang pinas ang gravel bike. Great content btw 😊
