With the 100K cap salary, when it was 8 weeks the max amount was $15K, now with the 24 week the max is still 15K or $46K? (100K/52x24)

Taxes: From my understanding one requirement for forgiveness is to pay state and local taxes (city?)...with all the IRS wanting a piece of the pie, are we also required to pay federal taxes with this loan? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

The first question is very good. My concern is...I want to use the loan as it was originally intended: pay 2 months of salary using entire loan only on payroll. I don't want to receive a letter in January 2021 asking me to provide them payroll info for the 3 months after I used the loan for it's intended purpose. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
