I saw a crazy dragonfly swarm once. Hundreds of dragonflies flying fast, in a tight circle over an old stump. Looked like a black donut-shaped cloud. I went and stood in the middle of it, the dragonflies kept circling all around me. It was so quiet. There were termites swarming out of the stump. I went home and looked it up. Turns out, it's a hunting behavior in dragonflies--they were essentially herding the termites into a column, and every so often a dragonfly would dart in and catch a termite to eat. Absolutely wild. I didn't have my phone on me at the time to record it, because I wanted to go for an "unplugged" walk.

Love this channel but the video title is very misleading. A warning of the gruesome content would have been great.

Indeed. I thought I'd be getting a video about people witnessing amazing things. Like that total solar eclipse we had earlier this week.

you are pathetic if you think these story's are gruesome. I guess you have never really lived. PUSSY.....I watched my friend explode inside his truck in a almost head-on wreck with a combined speed of almost 140 MPH, "while I was frying on 5 hits of acid" it was real went to his funeral a few days later.

TW: car accident, blood, gore Just witnessed the aftermath of a pedestrian vs car accident yesterday. The car was the same as the one I was driving and the man was on the side of the road, on the ground, head and ground drenched in blood, and 2 people knelt over him, one applying pressure and the other (driver of the car, I'm pretty sure, based on the news article I read last night) screaming in his face to lay down and stop moving. So much for remaining calm and trying to keep the victim calm. He tried getting up a couple times and they rolled him to his side when the 4 police cruisers (SUVs) screeched up and parked in the road, blocking the traffic in the opposite direction. He appeared to be gasping on his back and when turned to his side his back was saturated in his blood. I was just hoping my 4yo would keep his face on the phone in his lap because I had no way of stopping him from looking at the scene directly out his window. He certainly wouldn't have listened if told. Thankfully he was absorbed in RU-vid kids. The man (barely an adult, he's 20) ended up with a serious head injury but there's no more update currently.

I live in Indianapolis and that story doesn’t surprise me that isn’t even the weirdest crap I have heard of happening here.

The most recent thing I can think of is the eclipse. It was very interesting to watch because I had the special glasses. It got very cloudy so it was very hard to see, but I still saw the halfway point and it got dark. The area I live in had 97% darkness or whatever that’s called, I wish I could’ve been in Syracuse because they had 100% and I’m pretty sure there wasn’t many clouds there. I also a family friend that they didn’t have at their house so maybe we could’ve gone there instead.

I once witnessed two bald eagles being chased by crows in a residential suburb, buzzards were going after roadkill nearby and the eagles teamed up to both distract the buzzards and crows and take the roadkill for themselves. One flew right over my head. My phone was charging inside the place I was staying at so I really hated that I couldn't have recorded the event

Sign I lived for over 20 years in a downtown, full of homeless people, street people, and panhandlers: I wouldn’t consider any of the things described here to be unusual. I can name all kinds of things, but they just run together, and I can’t think of one that stands out more than another. You seen one naked person while you’re drinking a cup of coffee, seen another person taking a dump in a store entrance, seen a guy walking around with a suitcase, balanced on his head, you just get over it. (And yes, I have empathy for these people, I don’t think much of it is their fault, but the problem seems intractable.)

There's a huge organic cattle farm near my home. They even grow food for cows so they can control what's in it. They save cow poop. In the winter they use a thing like a giant, high-powered lawn sprinkler to spray the liquid over the fields where the hay and silage are grown. I refer to it as the poop cannon. 😂 I'm not sure how they store the muck while it liquifies. I don't smell it much unless they are using the cannon. Thank goodness. I don't think I could live here if it did.

Unless I remember something more fitting, possibly seeing some of the biggest airplanes in the sky with my own eyes...
