On my birthday a few years back, a random number texted me "Happy birthday dude! We should go out for some drinks or something!" Or something along those lines. The thing is, I was a minor at the time, so it turned out to be a complete coincidence that his friend who had a digit or two off from my number also had their birthday on the same day as me. It was pretty funny.

I asked this girl out on a date and she said yes. I was scrolling through her instagram one day and saw a post from her birthday. She was born 03/28/97. Which is the EXACT day and YEAR my ex was born. I was HIGHLY confused and kinda weirded out. I jokingly brought it up to her the day before our date. Long story short she got upset that I was kinda weirded out by it and she broke off the date. You could tell she didn’t really want to break off the date because she stayed on the phone. I think she regretted getting worked up about it and I kinda regretted bringing it up in the first place. We didn’t go out and never spoke again

A couple months ago, my mom bought an old medicine/remedy book online printed back in the 1930s. My mom saw one of the blank pages had a name on it and thought the handwriting was familiar, she looked at the back if it and there were another two names. All the names were written in cursive so yoy couldn't quite make them out, but my mom sends an image of the names to a few other family members. The names in the book were none other than my great great grandmothers name, my great grandmas name, and my great aunts name. Somehow this book was sold, circulated god knows where, and ended up back with us in perfect condition! We still have the book and its treasured as a family heirloom now. This truly is a small world.

I know this is late, but... I'm an American, and in 2009 I was studying abroad in Ireland. Lived off-campus in an apartment across the hall from two other Americans. Few months into the semester, I took a weekend off to visit Paris. Didn't tell them or anyone but my roommates. As I'm standing in line for the Eiffel Tower, who do I see but the pair from across the hall? Neither of us knew the other would even be in Paris.

i had bought my first new car back in 2018(a 2018 red Chevy Prisma) , on the first week i went to a supermarket a bit far away from my house, they have good prices but i never went there cos i didnt have a car, but well, now that i have it, might as well look for better produce prices so, i park an go inside to shop, about a hour later i was going back to my car, when i see another car just like mine, just diferent license plates parked a couple of cars away from mine, i was like: wow, cool then who comes from inside that car? my godmother, that i haven't seen for the past 3 years she was living abrod, had just moved back to my country, back to my city, and bought the same car, in the same week a me LOL THATs a coincidence =)

Me and my my sister went to the same school ( we have about 5 year difference) and at the end of the book you would have to write your name so if gets mixed up,left at school by accident or to know if at the end of the year you've returned all the books. It wasn't a big school but it was about 20 of the same books. I sometimes would get the books that my sister signed it. I remember getting like 3 of them. Also it was different grades (5th, 9th). The teacher would give the books randomly. It wasn't that rare but it was nice to see my sisters name and i would show it to her.

I was doing college visits with my mom and was at a school about 5 hours away from home in the opposite side of the state, we stopped at a McDonalds and a very cute girl chatted with me for a bit and invited me to a party but i wasn't able to go... years later after not gong to that college i start talking with a woman online, start dating and move in with her and mention the last time i was out there was looking for college as she says "Wait did you stop at mcdonalds after?" turns out she was that very cute girl i thought id never see again... been together for 9 years and have a kid now.

Coincidences love ME... too many to share. But one of them is exactly like one here. One time I was sitting by a fountain in a park in Paris. I see a latin american couple with a kid approaching. So I'm looking at them while they are walking in my direction, waiting till they're close enough to hail them. Meanwhile the dude notices I'm staring at them, starts becoming angry, and right when he's opening his mouth to demand why the F I'm staring I go : "hey, I know you, we were visiting the same beer factory a week ago in Bruges, Belgium!" I had noticed them because they both looked like models. Their eyes went wide, we laughed and chatted a bit then we parted ways.
