What an amazing person Devon Larratt. He is a truly incredible athlete, yet has remained humble and now influencing growth in this amazing sport. Can I ask as to whether arm wrestlers have injured fingure sheath tendons? I have sustained an injury and suffer trigger finger- tendon does not glide smoothly within the sheath, lost alot of grip strength.

Devon is just such an awesome guy and great teacher! I'm 19 and never really arm wrestled but i love reading and watching all these videos and i still work out with arm wrestling specific exercises haha. Wish there was a club or people to practise with in the UK where i live but I've checked many times online there isnt but oh well im still gona get stronger hopefully it will give me a good advantage when i do find one

those tips are great but they are working only when you and your oponent have quite the same strength or near,it will never work on someone who has way to much brute strength no mater if armwrestlers are pro or beginers/amateurs

At the end it really is.. These "tricks" may work only if you compete against total amateur. Every pro armwrestler understands techniques well enough. If the whole arm is only 5-10% stronger you are not able to move it a single cm! Felt and seen that thousands of times.

It is about who is the strongest, and most durable. Devon is not the strongest guy at the table, but he is the most durable. He can lose 1-2 rounds straight, but after that youre so bled out Devon is gonna beat you 10-2.

They say that a lot of experts suck at teaching since they're naturally good at it and never had to put in the time to teach themselves. But Devon is either an exception or he had to really put a lot of time into his craft to teach himself ...or both. I'm taking all these tips to the next arm wrestling bets I'm in =)
